The young people working at this, McDonald’s were thorough, clean and friendly. Because they are part of Walmart store that store lost power as well as the McDonald’s. The staff acted in a professional manner, taking down everyone’s name and phone number ,that had placed an order that was in the system and not yet processed .some of us decided to wait a few minutes to see if the power would come back on, and of course it did. Although the staff seemed young, they all performed in a professional manner. I will visit this McDonald’s again. 👍

Waited a long time to get my food, had to get my fries replaced and the vuys forgot that I asked for my fries to be remade and obviously forgot and seems like the oil was dirty and not fresh. And while I was waiting a few customers orders were wrong and they were also upset. I can see the lack of customer service within the four employees that were there and the one girl was on her phone in front of house.

Paid for 2 double fish filets and received two single patty fish filets. And they don't answer the phone to make it right. Not drivimg back 15 plus min and waiting more. SMH.

Worst experience at a McDonald ever took way to long for the food to be ready almost 40min and when I went to go ask the cashier guy said with an attitude “so do you wanna wait or get refunded” with 2 kids that were hungry I wasn’t about to go to a different fast food place and wait longer. When I finally got the food all the food but one burger was cold guessing that’s the burger they were waiting for before giving us our order

What seemed like a shift manager, muscle man with polo shirt, was on his phone and touching multiple food items all at the same time. He will bag food and the pull out his phone and touch fries and burgers over and over. This man should be setting an example for the team if he is a lead. He seemed addicted to his phone and i am sure he is on his phone when he is using toilet. He had no globes and never washed his hands. No one told him he should not do that so that culture is there at that location. 20 plus years ago when i worked with food and did my food handdlers card that is not how we did things. I will not go there again because preping food with phone on hand is not right.

Ordered a hash brown and sausage biscuit. Pulled out the hash brown and there was literally a wad of hair on it!!!!!!!!! How absolutely disgusting!!!! How does that even happen???
One of the worst McDonalds I have been too, my grandma was having a poor understanding of the McDonalds app and the tattooed up guy at the window called her bruh and dropped her money, he vouched to us that the people behind were screaming at him and canceled his order, and then they just yelled at us to leave. My order although I tried my best to be polite was smashed and punched in

So we had mozzarella cheese sticks with flavored sauce, I was expecting a cheese pull that never happened. The guacamole didn't have any seasoning or onions, at least to give it flavor. Chips and salsa were good. The witch drink ? was good ??. For the entree, I had steak, loaded mash potatoes, and asparagus. The potatoes were the best thing on the plate. The steak and asparagus both needed seasoning. I definitely will not order that again.
