What seemed like a shift manager, muscle man with polo shirt, was on his phone and touching multiple food items all at the same time. He will bag food and the pull out his phone and touch fries and burgers over and over. This man should be setting an example for the team if he is a lead. He seemed addicted to his phone and i am sure he is on his phone when he is using toilet. He had no globes and never washed his hands. No one told him he should not do that so that culture is there at that location. 20 plus years ago when i worked with food and did my food handdlers card that is not how we did things. I will not go there again because preping food with phone on hand is not right.

So we had mozzarella cheese sticks with flavored sauce, I was expecting a cheese pull that never happened. The guacamole didn't have any seasoning or onions, at least to give it flavor. Chips and salsa were good. The witch drink ? was good ??. For the entree, I had steak, loaded mash potatoes, and asparagus. The potatoes were the best thing on the plate. The steak and asparagus both needed seasoning. I definitely will not order that again.

Ordered a simple order through the kiosk due to high line volume and couldn’t even get the requested items, napkins I guess are asking a bit to much with a nearly thirty dollar order. Been here multiple times and each seem to never impress me, don’t order the cookie pack.Stetson & state alongslide a better location.

Fast service for how many orders they are processing and with how many eyes are watching them! I prefer this location to the stand alone, they are faster, even though they’re smaller and it seems like they process way more orders. Very clean for how some customers leave it(: fries are almost always fresh, frappes are on point, burgers delish. Very kind staff. Got checked on by an Isabel, two different times, on how my food and experience was and if we needed anything(:

They're as fast as they physically can be for how busy this location is. Food is bomb every time. Clean as well. All the employees are kind and fast but the dude with the dreads and beard makes the best frappes ever and his customer service is on point. Isabelle was walking around and checking on everyone, making sure everyone was satisfied and I wasn't really expecting that from a Walmart McDonald's establishment.
