This is literally the closest McDonald’s to me and I will never go there again. Literally every single time I’ve gone something is wrong with my order or the food isn’t made well.

Why do you even bother asking customers what sauce they want? You don't put it in the bag anyways. I usually don't review fastfood because they change workers like people change underwear. But this place has sucked since day one

The McDonalds on state and stetson, definitely the best McDonald's location is Hemet/ San jacinto area. I come across town just to come to this location.
They still to this day have not forgotten any of my items or messed up on my order. The manager is kind and efficient. The employees also are great at handling the speed of service and accuracy.

This is a newer spot, but they always tell you to park, not just they give you cold food when you do also use the right lane they seem to talk to those guest first.

McDonald's has its ups and downs depending on the time of day.
Morning: The rush is real, but scrambled communication makes it chaotic.
Midday: Around 2–3 PM, service improves—staff are refreshed, and the experience is smoother.
Night: Nighttime shines with better food, friendly staff, and great service.
Have a great day people!

A low quality location, they have a terrible error rate, having to wait in line of other people who got wrong orders before getting the order on my receipt to no sorry or even a you were correct. Even though the in-n-out on Florida always has a line you won't get home and need to drive back.

I don't know if McDs has changed the food process, but the last few times we've gone the hamburger patties looked old, and the cheese isn't melted. I assume the burgers are made up in advance. However the food is made, it aint fresh. What a shame to see a $20. Per hrs job being so poorly done.
