The food was delicious. The food was very spicy for me. I'm waiting for stomach surgery. It was more Mexican than Country Kitchen. That's not an issue normally. I will go there again after surgery when I can love all that delicious spiceyness!

I ordered huevos rancheros and they were more fried eggs over a tortilla covered with American red salsa topped with American and cheddar cheese plus a ton of semi baked potatoes and refried beans. Huevos rancheros are just the fried eggs over the fried tortilla topped with spicy handmade red sauce without any extra pieces of onion, nor cheese nor tomato pieces. They should be a simple meal with a side of beans and nothing else. Instead of charging $17 for the huge plate you serve, you could make a more affordable plate just the eggs, tortilla, sauce and beans. No cheese and no potatoes. Coffee was good though
