Great food. I had a cheese slice of pizza for about $3.50 and it was amazing. The owner told me this business had been around for over 35 years. The cheese was amazing. The owner was polite and provided great customer service to me. I will return. They also offer daily specials.

Ambiance was good when they finally did not leave me on hold, oh sorry didn't happen. Pizzas arrived, hot and awful, got a cheese and pepperoni, cheese was not real, you could tell there was red sauce because it was red, dough thick and chewy. Next time will just order little ceasars

I ordered..for delivery... their special pizza with extra cheese. It was absolutely the best & piping hot when delivered. Highly recommend Milano's for all your taste buds. Everything is fresh & the service is outstanding. Family atmosphere & smiling staff.

I have been eating here over 20 years. Sadly they have changed the pizza dough crust recipe. This time it was hard , thick and gross with no air or flavor. Additionally the made my pizza wrong. I waited near 90 minutes for the wrong pizza. I ordered anchovies, fresh basil, garlic and tomatoes. I got artichoke, spinach, and tomatoes. It was terrible. Worst pizza crust then couple it with the horrible toppings.... Ya, won't order from here again. And oh! I like cashews on my pizza but to get them via doordash you have to pay $275.00 for them.i complained to them before. They said that doordash needed to change it I talked to doordash and door Jess said that the person in charge of the doordash website needed to change it so neither one of them will take accountability and over a year later it's still the same thing because they're lazy so yeah I will never order from them again. Mainly cuz they made my pizza wrong and it was so gross I had to just throw it away. The "chef" seems to be sabotaging the business as they have ruined the recipe of a once great pizza/ Italian restaurant.

Mom and I ordered lasagna lunch specials. Added the salad...Lasagna was nice and hot good portions of all ingredients blended together to make it one of the best I've tasted in a while. Came to Hemet after not being here for nearly 10 years. I've been waiting to have Milanos pizza for so long, comparing all other pizzas to Milano's. Tonight I was incredibly disappointed. My pizza had almost zero sauce and had as much flavor as a glass of water. I guess Milano's, like the rest of this town, has gone down hill and over a cliff. Called and asked for a refund or for the pizza to be remade. The best they could offer was a slight discount and for me to pay for the pizza again. What happened to this place?

I called to let them know, and also offered to bring both pizzas back because we didn’t eat them, and their solution was that they sell me two more discounted pizzas to replace the pizzas that had almost no sauce on them. They also said the only the owner could give a refund and that I’d have to wait until he came back to work. an extremely bizarre and unpleasant experience .

I ordered over the phone so I guess that’s why the girl got my order wrong I ordered a Chicago style pizza but got a thin crust I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce I guess they don’t have that but I wasn’t told that it was just spaghetti

Make sure you check what you pay for been going to this place for years always got the 2 pizza with one topping for 35 after tax 39 they charge 50 pesto even though it doesn't say a charge on the toppings section and always got 2 ranch with my order no charge because it comes with it go to stadium or domino's you will get a better deal there enjoy.
