Total rip off, I bought 2 mochi donuts tell me why these donuts are $3 each. Never felt more ripped off, first they don’t have the price for them on the board. My daughter wanted a donut and I didn’t want her to be disappointed for me to say never mind get something else or walk away. Plus I had already inserted my credit card to pay. But never returning here again.

I got half dozen doughnuts to take home to my family this morning after going to the dmv

loved how friendly and kind the service was the doughnuts were really good and that's with me eating mine till like 5 hours after.
I'll be looking forward to coming back.

Our families go to for donuts and boba.

It’s smells like old mop water when you walk in. I should’ve left then. They’re never open But I tried it and got disappointed royally. I asked for a milkshake and got milk soup not even filled up. I spoke to the woman and she told me milkshakes aren’t thick. I basically paid 5 dollars for a cup of milk

I recommend this place majorly !!

Great selection of smoothies, milk tea and Boba.
Also open until 9PM on New Year's Eve.

Small watery overpriced milkshakes. Go to lucky's across the street instead

Rip off, big time! Save your money. Go across the street for a real milkshake, twice the size and much more reasonably priced. We got milkshakes and they were the most pathetic shakes we have ever had. More like water blended with what might be mistaken as dairy. Will never go here again.

Mochi Donuts!
Now we don't need to drive further into temecula or riverside for some mochi donuts.

Their traditional french cruellers are also very good.

Family run and owned. Very friendly owners.
