Ordered the bento box with chicken teriyakiā¦. It was tough and cold! A huge scoop or white rice and that was it for $15. First time I tried it, will never be back. Donāt waste your money.

Went there for the first time today, been wanting to try it for a while!! The chicken teriyaki was so tough I couldnāt eat it, and the rice covered the lettuce (I think it was āsaladā) so everything was wilted and wet. Absolutely terrible food, will never be back.

Disappointed in Portion Size...Not Worth the Price!
I really wanted to like this place. The flavor was okay, but the portion size was unacceptable, especially for the price.
My wife picked up food for our family on Friday and paid $18 for the shrimp fried rice. When she brought it home, we actually measured it. The entire portion was just 10 ounces, barely 1 cup and 2 ounces of rice. That breaks down to $1.80 per ounce, or $14.40 per cup. And there were only 4 or 5 shrimp total.
To make matters worse, the to-go container can easily hold four times that amount, what we've regularly received from other restaurants for less. You can literally see the bottom of the container through the rice. Iām posting photos so you can see exactly what we were given.
My wife, who is not a confrontational person, politely asked about the portion size. The man responded, āItās a lot, the bowl is big.ā That response was dismissive and inaccurate. It was not a lot, not by any reasonable standard, and frankly, not even an appropriate portion size for a restaurant meal.
Iām a doctor, and we host Food Fridays where we bring in food to support local businesses. We also have several major events coming up that require catering. I was strongly considering using this restaurant, but after this experience, that will not happen.
Whatās especially disappointing is that I was referred here by another Asian coworker who said the portions were generous. My wife is not Asian, but I am, and honestly, I canāt shake the feeling that this may have played a role in how she was treated. That makes this experience even more disheartening.
We were ready to support this place. Theyāve now lost our business for good.
If you want good food and fair value, take the short drive to Beaumont. Youāll get a better experience all around.

We paid almost $40 for a order of shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice. We always have enough to feed the family and this time they definitely cut back on the portion. I was very disappointed with the small amount of food that was given. This was one of my favorite places to come. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
I would not recommend going to this place when I went the cashier had told me it was going to be $15 but once I got there he charged me $16.50 after that I got my food I asked for chili oil and once I told him he had an attitude so I left and once I was leaving a guy from the kitchen came outside following me I had parked at the front and he was just walking back and fourth towards my car staring at me the only reason why I didnāt leave yet was because my mom was next door but once she got in the car we left it was honestly so sketchy.

Rudest service. Tried to give this place a 2nd chance. Last time I was here was last yr and said I'd never come back b/c the service was terrible. Came back bc I was craving pho and didn't want to go to the other ones in Hemet b/c this was in my direction. The man there was sitting on his phone when I walked in, no nice/warm greeting. Just took me to my table and slid the menu to me. As soon after I ordered, he snatched the menu back. When he brought my food, placed each of my dishes as if he was annoyed, and just took off. Evidently, going back on his phone was more important. He never looked up NOT ONCE or came over to check if I need anything! No wonder this place was completely empty when I walked in and had only 2 to-gos while I was there. Same thing as the last time I was here last yr but it was a lady but she at least checked on me a couple of times. Is this how they treat customers who actually came to their empty restaurant?? DO BETTER. If it weren't for the pho being delicious, I would've given them a 1 star rating.

Cute spot, its very clean and put together I sort of wish there was music playing instead of sports since it was a bit quiet. Food had great flavors but mostly it was lots of noodles and veggies with very little meat, understandable since its expensive right now. I think next time I would try a soup

Absolutely horrible customer service when I first got in I had to use the restroom so I went to the restroom already planned on ordering food from here 2 hours ago I've been out running around I finally make it here never been here before so I look at the menu and I see the prices went up $2 and I asked the guy and then he starts making comments like I cannot afford to eat here just totally disrespectful and rude and I believe that it was because of my nationality which is totally uncalled for trust me I can afford to eat here and now I'm just going to go ahead and go to lemongrass where it is amazing service and you need to go ahead and clean up your restaurant and make sure the restrooms are more secure and safe for women in different ethnicities equally no I'll be wrong if I had my husband come up here and talk to you learn respect!
