I tried this place along with the Mrs and we were both happy with the cleanliness of the place because we would had just left right away. We were only 1 of 2 couples there, so service was quick and friendly. Price wasn't bad either and portions were good. The pho was good but the only other pho place in town that we know and have been too has a better taste to our liking. But we're definitely coming back here and we would recommend it to everyone.

Been wanting to go try their pho since I live in East Hemet and usually go to Pho House. I will not be returning. The pho had no flavor and was too salty. I felt they loaded up on the salt to disguise the lack of seasonings in the broth. Ordered the egg rolls and the filling was gooey and I felt it was undercooked. My husband ordered their shrimp boil and got their sausage and corn added to it. What a joke. I expected andouille sausage and got a single hot dog. $3.99 for a single hot dog! I would recommend Pho House and San Chome over this! Never again. There are better places in Hemet than this place.

Pho shack never misses. Our order is always perfect, fresh, and the flavor is unreal (incredible). My family and I love this place, and hope they’ll be in town permanently. 100/10 recommend. Grilled beef pho never disappoints.Side note: the broth here is the BEST I’ve ever had. SO GOOD.

On par with some of the better pho places in Riverside where there's pho all over downtown. I'm happy Hemet has a good pho place, the brisket pho was delicious and the price was fair. Will be coming by when I visit and I'm in the area.

I got their special for $8.99 sandwich & beverage. 5 stars for service. The girl in the front is so friendly and hospitable. Thank you very much. Food is a 5 star. Omg. I love the bread you used. The chicken was marinated so well. Fresh ingredients. It was so delicious and also didnt feel super filling. So good. The coffee i got am unsure how fresh it is, but its still really good. You can tell by the color. :) I only gave you 4 stars because your bathroom is kind of gross.... It made me think i wasnt going to like my food or drink... there was a dead or alive bug on the floor... unsure... the toilet is gross.. its dark in there... and its smells bad.... The rest of the restaurant is really nice... but your bathroom is definitely leaving a bad impression of what your cleanliness standards may be.... Id like to come back and when i do, i hope the bathroom is cleaner and id definitely update my review and remove this from it. Thank you very much ! Update: Sorry. I changed it to three stars because i felt sick after eating here... i did noticed the chicken looked like it was possibly a few days old and i really think the coffee was not fresh afterall unfortunately.... I really liked my food and beverage but definitely concerned for sanitation and when they were prepared unfortunately.... Sorry

My friend and I went here for the first time almost a week ago & I did not expect the seafood pho to taste incredible!! I normally never order seafood pho but this one was exceptionally made with love the hostess also had wonderful service & constantly checked on us I had an amazing time here ^ - ^ from the outside it looks small but once you enter, you'll see fairly huge tables for parties of 10+ !

This is the most legit Pho spot in Hemet or surrounding areas. Their pho is on point and the pork banh mi IS AMAAAZING. The bread was a delicious vessel for the tender pork and veggies and I hope it's not rude to dip your sandwich in the pho because it is delish. The wife and I have had a lot of Pho and if you're used to getting Vietnamese food in Westminster or Garden Grove, you'll be pleasantly surprised with the Pho Shack. :) Going back tomorrow night, maybe I'll remember to take pictures!

A little pricey, and smaller portions than I'm used to. The food is amazing, for what I order here, I always order the same thing, : -the large All In Fried Rice -the large Tempura Shrimp Delicious, but small portions, literally, 1 piece of shrimp in your large fried Rice , it should be 3 minimum $15 dollars each. Comes to $33 after taxes, but it all good!! Yummy Crabby has delicious foods. Give me more though;)

First time at this place and I got pho egg rolls and spring rolls. Pho had too much flavors going on. I didn't like it. Egg rolls the inside tasted and felt like mush. The spring rolls were ok. Customer service was good nice and friendly women. I wouldn't come here again the food was not to my likings compared to other pho places this place the food was not great

I frequently attend this food spot 1-2 times a week due to me working near it. I usually order the grilled chicken plate with fish sauce which is a 10/10. Service is always great with very polite servers. However one thing really bugged me, I ordered a chicken salad that totaled to 12$. This salad was tiny it was the size of a small side salad. There was barely enough lettuce to cover the surface of the inner box(takeout). DO NOT order the chicken salad until they fix this.
