MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT! I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in a long time as it was everybody’s favorite in my house and I was never a big fan. But wow! They improved the quality of their meat times three! I ordered a personal pizza (meat lover’s) and it was really tasty! It was twelve bucks for a personal pizza and drink, it’s a okay-ish price. Overall, I was impressed because this was the first time I could say I really enjoyed every bit of my food. I’m a little sad this location is so empty now though. It used to feel like a local bar/urban pizzeria and now it feels dull, generic and lonely. They took out a lot of booths and some tables. They still have a couple things for kids, by far not as much as they used to. I’ll be returning, but for carry-out!

Haven't been inside an actual pizza hut restaurant in a long time. Most people were there for pickup but they do have seats and tables as well as tvs with sports programming if some want to dine in.
I ordered from Pizza Hut directly no where did they mention door dash was going to deliver my order I just had a horrible experience with door dash I no longer trust their service or pizza huts because management was very rude and unfriendly when asking for a refund.

The ABSOLUTE worst “manager” on the phone. She was rude, yelled and tried to take my payment even though no one got their food. I did not get her name but on 10-02-23 at 8 pm…you need to fire her. She’s not an example of what your brand should mean. Absolutely disgraceful.EDIT—-they said they would bring a cold pizza at 8:31 pm….and promptly hung up on me. I guess the “manager” did not want to talk to me. Yikes. I guess we know what we are dealing with.

if I could give them no stars I would. To start off It took over a hour to make our Pizza, more like a hour and a half but who cares, the workers sure dont, then any qustions I had to the newest member of the team, with his ear bud in his ear, very professional, Right, said he was Customer service, he might look that one up, and not be rude, as he could not even do his job. the manager might tell him to leave the ear bud at home you have a job to do and your not very good at it at all, then the pizza was wrong, and I could go on and on what a BAD experience it was but just BEWARE, stay away from this pizza place, there is much better places, like MILANO'S right across the street

So anyway, we decided to order a pizza on a Friday night after about an hour and a half apparently they handed it off to DoorDash because I get a call from the DoorDash driver asking for specific directions on how to get into the Rv Park so I gave very specific instructions and it literally took this driver 40 minutes to go one block so naturally, the pizza was extremely cold when it arrived after like two hours you should probably do yourself a favor and not even go to this business for pizza. I would give a quarter of a star review but it won’t let me. I won’t be ordering anything from this place ever again in my lifetime no matter what they do.
