honestly, the chicken and fries are much soggier than i remember them being the previous times i went. i went and the lady at the window messed up our order even after we waited quite awhile in line.

Love coming here however the kitchen doesn’t always press vent holes like they are supposed to and food gets soggy on the way home. Happen once every 6 times my family goes. But we go because we love Robin and the toast

Went in for order to pick up, get home and missing 5 pieces of bread ordered. Every freaking time Canes robs me. Tired of it. Not driving all the way across town to get my bread and so lost money. Suck it Canes! Done with you. I lose money, you will lose a lot more.

Went to the second drive thru lane and there’s obviously a malfunction with the speaker because you can’t hear the lady taking the order at all! Went to the other lane to order and heard the employees complaining about that when I got up to the window. I guess they didn’t realize you can hear them when their window’s cracked…Then the guy hands me my drink which is spilling soda, so I asked for a napkin and he tells me to use the one in my bag - while handing me a spilling drink. Never patronizing this establishment again.

We love Canes for those busy nights we don’t get a chance to make dinner for the family. The food is usually always good. I just can’t get over the taste from the drinks you guys serve here. It’s almost like mold and I’ve tried different drinks, they all have the taste. It’s disappointing and disgusting. Completely ruins the meal, I want to enjoy my lemonade with the rest of my food. Please take care of it, I see from other reviews that other people have noticed this too. Whether it’s the water you’re using, or the lines. Since I taste it in the iced tea and lemonade I’m assuming it’s the water?? Moldy gross taste. You guys should want better quality than this.

I got a 3 piece meal. It was to go. But they made it for there. And it looked good. But when they bagged it up. Chicken was small box was small ..I don't think they gave me all the food. Won't go there again prefer. The one in Menifee.

I give most Cane's that I eat at a 5, for the food because it deserves a 5. This one gets a 4 because the drinks taste nasty. I can tell you why; they need a filter on their water system. There are several restaurant's in Hemet that this is the case; Steer and Stein, Panera's, and Cane's. No matter what you drink; tea, soda, lemon aid, if you have Hemet water without a filter system; nasty drink is what you get !! Please install a filter on you water supply, because I will not come in; just like I do not eat at these other restaurants anymore. As I do go in and out if Hemet to go to other places, I will patronize Cane's in those places. Their drinks taste much better. Thank you.

Food was all soggy. Bread. Chicken strips and fries hardly any breading on the strips. All on all both meals were disgusting. Normally we like the food. But this was not good at all. Waste of money.
