I might be addicted. This place is super cute, staffs nice and helpful and the drinks are great. My only complaint would be there isn't a nutrition menu to look at for those with allergies or calorie restrictions. The brown sugar boba is addicting!!

i got the caramelized brown sugar boba and it was pretty bad… im dead cause how do you mess up brown sugar boba that badly?? It’s a staple at every boba place (saying this as someone who loves boba and has been to many places across the area and Cali as a whole). Like it was simultaneously WAY too sweet and bitter I had to dilute it with milk when I got home!! 2 stars because the workers seemed really nice and the place was pretty. Also because there’s worse boba places in Hemet than this one ?. Gotta love Hemet lol

Air conditioning was broken, so it was hot inside! Also, it was my first time going there & I wasn't thrilled with my drink, so I asked if they could trade it out for a different drink, which you can do everywhere else I've ever been, and they said NO, because the owners don't allow them to do that! It just didn't taste the way I was expecting/ hoping... So I was stuck with something I wasn't crazy about! Not Cool...! ?

They need to have kids drink sides they no longer split the drinks because they want to safe money on the cups I totally understand but I will no longer be coming here. If they don’t want to split they should invest in kids drinks. The li es sometimes are long and they take forever to make the drinks low on staff. Not kids friendly drinks for sure

The staff is a bunch of kids who don't seem like they know what they're doing. They lack proper customer service skills. I've seen countless negative reviews and it makes sense that I'm not the only one who feels this way. I really liked their kiwi fruit tea what a shame. Sharetea in Menifee has the same drink way better.

I've been here a few times and I see why they get bad reviews now. This place was empty with no customers, yet one of the workers had a very sour attitude and seemed annoyed that I interrupted them from being on their phone. I would rate this place higher because I've been to other locations, but this is by far the worst.

Worst people working there, all they did was play around screaming and laughing, shoving each other around coughing in our drinks way. They literally would not shoving each other back and forth more worried about playing then their customers. When they messed up my drink because they were playing, we got dirty looks. Not worth coming back they ruined it for us.
