They prioritize excellent customer service and a steadily fast environment even when they’re busy! I'm a little disappointed with the customer service. They were having some issues with their plastic Lids so it took me about 20 minutes to get my order. I ordered the Okinawa milk tea and it tasted super bitter and disgusting. I was obviously not satisfied that I waited so long and it didn't taste right. So I went back to see about getting a different drink and she said she wasn't allowed to do that. So I asked if I could get it remade and add more sweetness to it and she said yes. She remade my order and it only tastes slightly sweet it still tastes watered down and bitter. I've worked for a small business boba shop in the past and I understand things can be hard to manage which is why I gave it three stars instead of one. I'm not so much disappointed with the drink as I am with the customer service I really don't see what the problem was for getting a different drink....Because here I am 40 minutes later with a drink that I still don't like because it doesn't taste right. I know the girl was just following rules so this review is mainly to the management.

Terrible place. There was a mistake made on my drink and refused to remake it. Absolutely disgusting on the girls customer service. Said she called the manger and said it was my fault.
Did not get greeted when I came in from the girl with the big mole on her forehead....but she greeted everyone that came in after me. I Love good customer service...I will try another tea place with nicer employees.

I might be addicted. This place is super cute, staffs nice and helpful and the drinks are great. My only complaint would be there isn't a nutrition menu to look at for those with allergies or calorie restrictions. The brown sugar boba is addicting!!

i got the caramelized brown sugar boba and it was pretty bad… im dead cause how do you mess up brown sugar boba that badly?? It’s a staple at every boba place (saying this as someone who loves boba and has been to many places across the area and Cali as a whole). Like it was simultaneously WAY too sweet and bitter I had to dilute it with milk when I got home!! 2 stars because the workers seemed really nice and the place was pretty. Also because there’s worse boba places in Hemet than this one ?. Gotta love Hemet lol

Air conditioning was broken, so it was hot inside! Also, it was my first time going there & I wasn't thrilled with my drink, so I asked if they could trade it out for a different drink, which you can do everywhere else I've ever been, and they said NO, because the owners don't allow them to do that! It just didn't taste the way I was expecting/ hoping... So I was stuck with something I wasn't crazy about! Not Cool...! ?
