The staff is a bunch of kids who don't seem like they know what they're doing. They lack proper customer service skills. I've seen countless negative reviews and it makes sense that I'm not the only one who feels this way. I really liked their kiwi fruit tea what a shame. Sharetea in Menifee has the same drink way better.

I've been here a few times and I see why they get bad reviews now. This place was empty with no customers, yet one of the workers had a very sour attitude and seemed annoyed that I interrupted them from being on their phone. I would rate this place higher because I've been to other locations, but this is by far the worst.

I took my daughters here and they are boba freaks. They approved of this spot. They said it is a 4.5 so I am giving it a 5. The workers were nice there.

Worst people working there, all they did was play around screaming and laughing, shoving each other around coughing in our drinks way. They literally would not shoving each other back and forth more worried about playing then their customers. When they messed up my drink because they were playing, we got dirty looks. Not worth coming back they ruined it for us.

Got their passion fruit mango green tea. Tasted like straight up perfume and flowers, after asking them to remake our drinks they said we have to pay for brand new ones and that the green teas come WITH the floral taste. Customer service was average, only two workers in the store. They didn't greet us and kept continuing their conversation like we weren't there. Ended up dumping my full cup out. Will not be coming back

I love this place, the Okinawa with Extra Boba is delicious ?. The brown sugar caramelized is pretty good to! The staff is friendly and the place is very clean, a must try!

boba is so good! staff is kinda rude, didn't even greet us because she was on that damn phone. employee would not leave her phone to take our order. at first we gave her time because we thought it was an important call but we realized it was pure gossip about some girl named chanel. we had to step up for her to acknowledge us and she wouldn't stop her conversation on the phone. she was talking to a friend or boyfriend and wouldn't put it down. After she took our order she proceeded to talk on the phone and say, "oh yeah it was just some customer" with a little attitude. not even while she was preparing the drinks did she put it down. I'm not one to say anything when it comes to things like this but it did rub me the wrong way.

Great boba I tried most rare tea boba's around here but, the only rare tea I was satisfied with is in Orlando, Florida. And this one made a great impact so added this one to the list. Most of the others don't make the caramelized brown sugar sweet enough they hooked me up. It was my first time to this one as well, great job!!!

We stopped in for our first time yesterday. Storefront is nice & welcoming and there was a good amount of patrons in and out while we sat in. They have outside seating options as well. I ordered a strawberry tea with snow cream and my husband got a lychee milk tea. Both were very yummy! We look forward to returning soon to try more drinks.

The Boba here is good but for me if you have terrible customer service then it doesn’t matter how good your product is. Multiple times I have gone in after placing a mobile order and the girls are flirting or talking with some guy and my order is sitting on the printer not started with no other customers in the building. Terrible work ethic and obviously no accountability by owner/management.
