Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great food. Great experience. Good place to watch the football game and eat. We were told a 15-minute wait but got placed almost immediately. Someone had a birthday behind us and the singing was a little loud and off-key but other than that good times. Honestly they could have warned us or sat us elsewhere. There was space. Can't go wrong with bottomless sides and drinks. Get the sweet potato fries (fresh every time) and use the Red Robin seasoning.

Omg best server i have encountered in such a very long time. There's no such thing as genuine old school customer service these days anywhere you go BUT HERE ANGIE DELIVERED!! She definitely shows management skills .

I will never eat at this Red Robin again. It was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, the service was completely unacceptable. Our server disappeared for long stretches of time and was nowhere to be found whenever we needed anything—refills, condiments, even just basic check-ins.

It honestly felt like the staff had no training or sense of customer care. We waited far too long for simple things, and the overall atmosphere made it clear that good service is not a priority at this location. By the time we finally received our food and the check, the experience had already been ruined.

I’m shocked and disappointed that a national chain with a reputation for family dining would allow service like this. This visit was enough to convince me not to return. One star, and I won’t be coming back.

I've never been to this location, food was okay, but sat in the dark because the light over our table didn't work. Waiter could see using my cell phone so we could read the menu and see each other. No offer was made to find us a better table. Very sad, won't be going back!!
