It was quaint but a lot better 1 year ago. Much smaller portions this time.

I've been looking for a good restaurant in the Hemet area. I finally found one and this will be my go to spot when I want Italian food. The Food, Service and Atmosphere were great. Pricing was reasonable if you want to treat yourself or someone special to a great meal.

The linguini di mare was good.Servings are very small but overall the food is good.Imported Italian beer was great.I will be going back to Rodolfos and continue to give them my business.I wish they could add a shrimp fry diavolo dish to their menu. It is one of my favorite Italian dishes ?

So, usually on my birthday, this is my go to place. The food is always amazing and the service is ok, but normally the food is so good that I don't care that the servers usually seem like they are doing you a favor and not super thrilled to wait on you. However, this last time was probably my last time. It was my birthday. My friends couldn't get to the restuarant til 7pm. The restaurant closed at 8pm. The candles were already out on all the tables. It was really dark. There were still 4 or five tables of customers but the rest of the chairs were already stacked on the tables. The waitress was not super thrilled to serve us and to top it off, they basically were out of most of the desserts. My food was good but it was kind of rushed and the ambience wasn't nice. I actually called the restaurant ahead of time to see if it would be a problem if we arrived at 7:15 knowing the place closed at 8 and they told us it was fine, but just to make sur we ordered by 7:35. I probably won't go back again. There are other restaurants that have good food that I can actually relax in and feel like they want to serve me. Disappointing.

If you come from back East and can't find pizza you like, try Rodolfo's. It's the closest you'll get. I have been coming here for 10 years and would never go to the fast food places. The price is a little higher but well worth it. Try it and I'am sure you will love it.

I could not agree more with the customers who gave Rodolfo's a one or two star review. The salad and bread were excellent. I got a generous pour of chianti. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant is decorated nicely and is clean as a clean can be, right down to the restrooms. The food was mediocre at best. My wife and I are foodies to the max. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa and I'm from the East Coast where ethnic cooking, especially Italian is held to the highest standards. The ravioli was obviously from a frozen package and the sauce was bitter and tasted like it came out of a can. I had the cioppino and again, the seafood had no taste and was like that frozen pack you get at the grocery store. The sauce was just ok. I don't mind paying a premium price in a sit down restaurant as long as the food is of high quality. The bitterness of the sauce was a bitter disappointment. In this area, we would have had a better shot at excellent food at one of the many taco stands cookin' up a storm on the roadside.

Best Italian food! We've been coming here over 30 years. It's changed locations but the quality and flavor of food has not.

Food is more American Italian. Not very authentic but the staff is nice and the place is cute even if not in a super nice area. The calzone tho was sooooo disappointing. Don't waste your money. For $15 is was so small and not very good. I got one 3 times the size and better tasting at winco sadly. There lasagna was good and you get fresh hot bread to the table. I prefer the food at datilos across the street but neither are super authentic if you've been to Italy.

It's our first time at Rodolfo's and I brought my little man with me. Decided to introduce him to other Italian food aside from pizza and spaghetti and meatballs ?Ordered the gnocchi and calzone, it was okay. What made our experience great was the service from Tracey! She was super engaging and accommodating. We'll sure be back to taste the others in the menu.

Was craving some Alfredo & wasn't too far, heard the rave through fb groups so decided to try. The service was fast & attentive, however I was served MOLDY bread with my toddler.. not sure if they do "food checks" but was ashamed because really? Whatever didn't let it get me down since our server was so nice. Now was deciding on getting a half portion or full.. decided to get full portion because I would split with my toddler (2).. the portion was so tiny for the price she basically ate the whole plate herself. Not to mention it was cold. No steam coming off to show freshness nothing. Even order cheese bread and the marinara sauce was "warm" but cold after 1min as well.. very disappointed. For the price it should be at least an actual dinner portion or hot.. the ambiance was cute and you can tell they are great people but just wasn't worth it in my opinion..
