I had my recertification with Jesse and he’s such an amazing manager he really cares about his tenants. He’s very helpful and makes sure all my needs are met in a timely matter when it comes to my work order I put in.

This Apartment is very racist, blacks don't have a chance. Dont move here . White man dis Respect kids a management don't do nothing.lawsuit on the way

Edit: the owners and property manager tinesha or however you spell her name, are frauds! They will serve you fake evictions just to move their family in. Tinisha and jesse, tall should be ashamed of yourselves for puttingnfamilies out when they needed help! Yall pocketedbthe 211 money and never helped with anything else. Karma will be served hot for you and yours. And it will come. If you can avoid living here, please do so.....we have NEVER had roaches before. They're crawling through the drain pipes and coming through our front door. Idk if it's the neighbors (that management has tried to blame it on) or if it's the entire complex that's infested, but it's so unsanitary. I fond myself cleaning 4x a day and now having to make sure bugs aren't hiding in machines in mu kitchen....old management won't do anything about it. I've requested pest control about 3x now and nothing has come of it. The entire community is just disturbing. You have people who sound like they're racing their POS cars at 2am, people partying really late and keep your kids up. The apartment is falling apart....I asked maintenance to come fix my AC 2x now, and they come in, open the vent, and walk out. I've had 1 inspection in the 2.5 years I've been here....the price may seem nice, but you pay for it when you have so many important issues that are being ignored.

We have been living in these apartments for the past 11 years and we are so happy with our current management team Tenecia & Jesse. Finally we have a team that cares about the tenants and we have seen the positive changes especially the theft and vandalism. They are always available and they are quick to respond to our concerns there is no more favoritism and the treat everyone equally. We feel safe and secure once again.

ROACHES are an issue for these apartments, if you dont have them when you move in you will get them. I dont know what is going on with the property but it is the worst right now in all my time here. Management does inspections regularly so i dont understand how they dont see the infestation problem. I have been at war with these things for 2 yrs. and it seems as im losing. My upstairs neighbor recently moved and it is horrid, the health department need to be contacted because of how bad it is up there. You can see the roaches crawling down the outside of building and i find myself constantly spraying roach killer. It also takes management months before they start to clean out an apartment. Maintenance is also SO behind or at least thats what they say, it takes forever to get anything fixed, i end up doing whatever i can myself. I have given the office money for 2 new blind sets last April of 2016..it is May 2017...what is the hold up there? My bathroom light fixture has been out over a month...and there is mold on widows and in family bathroom from when upstairs neighbor set of their fire sprinklers...the drywall is falling as well.Im not sure if they really screen people anymore because it looks as if the tenants they have let move in do not care much for anything, there is always trash eveywhere, its dirty looking even in the laundry room which i have had clothes stolen from..people just trash the place...and the dumpsters are disgusting...not to mention the drug addicts that were really booming here

The complex has gotten better from what I've seen but the gate is useless for security since folks who don't live here just wait for a resident who actually lives here to open the gate for them so there's little security , the maintenance like to not show up or do the job they need to do so expect your notices to just be a inconvenience to you with no result. I see this is a last resort for housing for a family.

Looks nice but that's all, I do not recommend anyone with a family to move here . Management won't get the gate fixed , cars get broken in to all the time. Mine has been broken into 3 times and stolen once luckily we got it back. Homeless going through the dumpsters, crack heads hanging out my little ones don't feel safe any more so they stay in most of the time, and all thy need to do is fix the gate.
