I give this restaurant 2-1/2 stars.
We went for our first visit this week. It’s a small restaurant, located in the Target shopping area. First impressions were of a man who worked there fast asleep in a corner of the entry. There was a place to sign in, which I did. We then sat down to wait to be seated. A gentleman who walked in right after we did just stood there and when a server came up she sat him immediately without looking at the sign in sheet. Then she sat us. The menu is extensive- mostly sushi. The server came back, acted very rushed, but got our drink order. We waited several minutes for our tea. We were ignored until I waved my arm around to catch her attention. I noticed that although busy, she smiled at her other customers. Wish she could have smiled at us too. Most of our food came out all at once, except for the California roll, which didn’t show up until we were almost through eating. Our server never checked on us unless I waved my arm around like a windmill. Then she acted like we were bothering her.
The food was okay. Nothing especially great where you’d think, “I can’t wait to come back!” I had the honey walnut shrimp. There were plenty of shrimp and they were tender, but there were very few walnuts or sauce. My daughter had teriyaki chicken which she said was okay.
I think we’ll keep looking for a Japanese restaurant that has great food and friendly staff.
By the way, the man in the corner - he was still sleeping when we left. Hope he had a nice nap.😴

Had the vegan ramen. Veggies were fresh and the noodles were good. But the broth was bland. Not impressed. Venue was comfortable and service was attentive. At leasdt you have something to eat if you must go there. But I wouldn't seek it out. Better for vegetarians, as many things such as spring rolls and tempura batter have eggs. the rolls were a bit dry and the service was mid. They were nice but the vibe was weird. Gorgeous space though! I’m not sure if I would eat here again. I used to eat Sushi all the time in Vegas so I have been having a hard time finding a spot in Hemet.

Was waiting for 45 minutes to get my food and only got my water and let the people know up front and just brushed me off rudely. Keep in mind there were only 2 of us and there were tables with 6+ people getting theyre food

NEWER REVIEW:
I had some out-of-town family visiting for the Hemet Film Festival on November 1, and we went to Osaka after. It's nice to finally see the place in person, since all of my experiences so far have been through delivery. I forgot to request that the owner consider Grubhub, because Osaka is not available on that platform yet.
I had my usual, veggie tempora and two servings of avocado roll. My family had the vegan ramen. We all enjoyed it immensely. There was not one piece of food left on our plates.
OLDER REVIEW:
I have ordered several times and had delivered to my apartment in Hemet, the most recent was today (Sep 9, 2025) via Uber Eats.
I had the Veggie Roll and Sweet Potato Roll (see pic) and both were excellent. Very tasty and nice portion.
I ordered extra sauces and some spicy mayo (which I like on my vegan hot dogs at home).
Previous orders have included Veggie Tempura, Avocado Roll, and Asparagus Roll, all excellent. The Veggie Tempura is the best in this area; I am really impressed.
Vegetarian selection is very good. Will update this review when I order again.

I just moved to the area, and after living 20 years in Los Angeles I was concerned I would not be able to find comparable Ramen. This place quickly absolved those worries with delicious Ramen, and with better portions and price than the LA spots I am used to. Very happy and have already been multiple times.

Ordered: Veggie Tempura Roll, Veggie Roll, Vegan Spicy Ramen The veggie roll came first and it was nice, (asparagus, cucumber and avocado) and while it wasn’t listed I think they added lettuce to the roll, which added a nice crunch, and the wasabi tasted fresh. The veggie Tempura roll was my favorite, usually when I order a veggie tempura roll from somewhere they fry the veggies in tempura batter and and roll it into the roll, Osaka House makes the roll and then batters and fries the whole thing before cutting it into pieces which was actually really great and made it so each bite was crunchy. The tempura batter adds a nice texture to the roll and I liked the veggies inside especially the asparagus. I asked them if it was vegan before ordering and they said yes, I didn’t ask what it was made from though. The veggie ramen came with noodles, carrots, corn, chopped black mushroom, shiitake and broccoli. The ramen was good but if I come back I think I will keep all of my appetite for the sushi rolls. Glad to have this as a solid option when in Hemet.
Service was very quick but the waitress and servers didnt seem very welcoming or nice. Food was served quickly too, it was all very delicious. We will be coming back soon, sake was also good. They have restrooms for customers and paper go-to menus wt a QR code

Very nice inside, staff was cool, food was very good
This is the best Sushi Bar/Restaurant to come and eat in Hemet & surrounding areas. Great taste, Fast service, all the stuff are happy, smiling & attentive. At the end of dinning in they brought us a delicious cookie 🍪 & ice cream 🍦 dessert!!!
Over all we loved !!!! 😍
This was our first time here and it was amazing. We live out in the desert, an hour and a half away and we were in town for an appointment, I will drive this drive just to eat here. The food was outstanding! The sushi, tempura, miso soup, baked mussels and even the cucumber salad was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a lot of places while I was in Oregon and down here. It was fresh and flavorful and the staff were all so nice. It is very clean and a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I forgot what I ordered but it was very yummy. The meat was very soft
