They close their lobby at 10:30 AM. Go to a different location

Store front is locked we have to forcefully use the driver thru It’s ridiculous not even L.A. does this and they have way more homeless nearby lol ?

I am beyond disgusted! I bit into my feta spinach wrap only to pull a long blond hair out of my mouth. This is my Starbucks and I am very disappointed ? Manager please be advised.
