so This place is normally On Top of the drinksMost of the time My Drink is Made Perfect here But today Was Theee Worst Experiance i Ever had .They Had a new person Who was Hard of Very Hard of Hearing (Laura) , who knows when she started . 1 of 2 drinks were made correctSo i Went Inside To Have My order re-made , i talk to Carrie , I Showed her a picture of the ingredients of what i wanted , it seemed Like She wanted to argue with me too ..So i told her as long as it has these ingredients ill be fine .. she poured it out and remade it but she said i didnt tell her one ingredient that was missing , last time i check she didnt have a headset on .So she charged me and Extra $1.25 For the missing ingredient but i felt it was just to remake the drink ..Never have ever been charged extra anywhere to remake a drink at starbucks, rather if thats to remake or add 1 pump of something ,normally , they just remake it , No big deali felt her attitude and the way she handle the situation was veryy unprofessional and against starbucks slogan .

I am not sure how this was even able to make it to the customer, however it did and it was absolutely disgusting. Not only was the cup dirty but when I got a muffin and asked for napkins ( Which I was originally not even given) I received 1 literally 1 napkin and no sleeve so let me get this straight...I'm supposed to use my shirt for my napkin and try hard not to burn my hands while drinking my lipstick covered coffee cup!! Shame on this billion dollar company!!

THIS IS HOW WE BREW IT! I really enjoy this Starbucks since it's been a lifesaver on my way to work and the staff is always on their A-game. I've seen loads of cars in the drive-thru around the clock and they're powering through customers the best they can! It's rare when you find an efficient Starbucks and this is one of them! The ladies in the morning are sooo nice and always say "good morning". It's a nice touch! The coffee also tastes fresh and their cold brew is always satisfying. If you're looking for a refreshing drink, have the matcha lemonade. Looking for something warm that's not coffee? The hot cocoa is the way to go! The coffee shop is calm for the most part but be aware you're on Florida so you'll encounter some rude, entitled customers or shady folks. However, the staff do their best to settle matters in a professional way! Thus, the ambiance may vary but I'd say you can still study here.

Great Customer Service is so so hard to find, Sabrina is Amazing at it ,she has such as wonderful soul when greeting customers I just felt right at home, Made my Day, And my cold brew was delicious too.
Poorly trained staff, can’t make a skinny vanilla latte with the same consistency as other Starbuck’s locations in the area. Consistently forget to include a spoon when ordering oatmeal.

They always figure out drinks that I can't put a name to and make special request drinks perfectly. They are great. The only downfall is how many homeless hang out around the front. But they usually don't bother anyone.
Kayla from the morning shift really got my day going the best it could be. The professional attitude is why I will be returning to this specific spot. I was about to leave and she stopped me and made sure I was returned my change. Top notch behavior in my book. I know it's nothing big but I have gone to places and have done the same thing. Even though it is an accident, it would be nice if I was stopped and given my change. Any way I will be returning for sure. Hope to see Kayla more often as I now know if I forgot something, there is an honest person on the clock.
