The baristas aren't very nice here at least the person working the drive thru. Came on a very hot day ( 107) and only asked for water, the rude lady said no and that id have to make a purchase. Very rude. This location needs to learn good customer service.

Now I see why Starbucks is becoming a failed business! I walked in and went to the counter and asked for a code for the restroom. I just got out of my car after a long drive and wanted use the facilities then place an order. But to my surprise, the crew member ARIANNA, said “well are you going to order because it’s only for paid customers”. Wow, that’s how guests are treated here! Well yes I ordered after I used the restroom! Bad business practices. Complete trash service and hospitality! Shame on Starbucks!

Management: instruct your barista staff to ask the question not after five minutes but immediately (are you here for a mobile order?)
Unfortunately I sat patiently and calmly for someone to call out my order that had been sitting on the far side of the counter (unable to see if it’s mine).
I stood up at the counter at about 3-5 minutes from walking in, waited and then finally someone asked if I was there for that reason.

All electrical outlets are covered up. Vagrants ruined yet another public space in town. I wish starbucks would just call the cops and trespass vagrants rather than make the space less hospitable to everyone. I won't be returning to this location.

Beautiful lobby and actually has sitting spots. However this is very frustrating finding a beautiful Starbucks with a great atmosphere but no place to plug in and work!

I used to love this location but after coming here daily for quite some time (a venti iced caramel macchiato with an added shot totaling four shots) the quality has really gone done. After several tries returning, the espresso seems extremely watered down. It tastes like I’m getting a big cup of milk. I go to other locations and the drink comes out great. Not sure if the espresso machine is not pulling properly? Or what but it is disappointing especially when I pay almost $8 for a drink everyday. It’s like playing Russian roulette. Will it be good today or not and this location just never gets it right. Please check your machine!!!! This location is convenient and the baristas are sweet but I think the espresso machine is not working properly. I tried this location again this morning after not coming here for about three months and it’s the same way. Horrible quality. My iced macchiato with four shots tasted like water 😭

Bad customer service.one lady is so rude.This one little mexican lady always says something about mobile orders. What's the difference between placing an order on the speaker? And putting it five minutes before you get to the store, and she still wants to say something. My coffee this morning was disgusting. They didn't even follow the recipe. I'm calling corporate.
