I’m very disappointed with Starbucks bathroom policy. I ordered a drink through drive Thru like everyday before going to work early morning today. I purchase Starbucks everyday and sometimes even twice a day. I got off to use the restroom because I drive around for work and when I asked for code they asked if I had bought something from drive thru I told them, “yes this morning” I was told because it wasn’t at the moment that I’d had to purchase something to use it. This is the third time I’ve been asked this at a Starbucks. It does offend me when I spend so much money on them every week.

I get Starbucks 4-8 a week from the Hemet Area and this store usually messes up my mom’s Matcha Latte.
I mobile ordered my mom’s drink with no foam and again for the 3rd time at this location it has been coming in with a lot of foam. By the time I get home and scoop out the foam the drink is about half way with milk. Instead of a 20oz drink it’s a 12oz drink.
At this point you guys me a drink.
For the minor stuff that I don’t care about but since I’m here writing this review, minus we’ll mention it.
It is evident that I am picking up the drinks by myself and obviously I need a cup holder with stoppers but I wasn’t offered any of it. So I reached over the counter to get the cup holder and requested for stoppers.

Walked in ready to order drinks for the family, but after asking if we can use the bathroom they said sorry they just got cleaned so there closed for the night. Mind you this was at 7:20pm. With that being said, we walked out and ordered no drinks. If they can’t offer good customer service I sure as hell won’t be spending my money!

This is by far the best Starbucks around. All of your employees are so sweet and attentive. I’ve been coming here ever since they opened this location. Always have my water, pup cups, and my drink(s) ready. Give these ladies a raise cause they deserve it. Thanks again ladies for always starting my day off right. See you guys tomorrow

This Starbucks had the rudest workers. U speak to them politely and they aren’t happy to work. Every time I’ve gone in for warm banana bread it’s dry no flavor which is so odd and I always order a hot caramel macchiato and it has no taste.. it always seems like I’m drinking hot water it’s so gross. Management at this store needs to pick it up and only put happy people on intercom.
