I have been going to this Starbucks location for two years now. The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to greet people. The drinks are always made well. Prices have increased significantly these last few months (my $5.95 drink went up to $6.55). However, I don't think the store is to blame for this--overall, it's a great place to go.

This Starbucks overheated our sandwiches ?. No charging stations for our phones either. Strange our coffee beverages were perfect!

It didn't taste like the drink. I usually order with caramel makalaki whenever it is.

Omg this store is always on their best game. Lily has been so kind and goes above and beyond. All the girls are so kind and just make my morning. Anyone leaving a mean review has to have had just a bad morning or something because this store always makes my day :)

I've been going to this Starbucks for a long time now, and I need to make known how wonderful one of store supervisors are! Lily, the morning shift supervisor is such a sweet, wonderful being. She had great conversation and helped explain the drinks to me making me feel so comfortable! I recommend speaking to Lily any time you visit!!

I came to this Starbucks after I had initially went to another location that was already closed for the night. I arrived around 9:45pm went to the drive through and ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato with an added shot of espresso. I’ve been buying this drink 5 times a week for the last 6 years. I received my drink and drove off. About half a block down the road, I stir up my coffee and take a few drinks and it tastes like water. The espresso had no flavor (and with four shots in it, it should be extremely strong, I’m very familiar with how it should taste). Frustrating to have to turn around and drive back in order to get my $7.20 coffee made correctly. I go back to the drive through and politely ask for a remake. I let the barista know that the espresso had no flavor and tasted like water. She does a remake and hands it to me and says “we made it with long shots instead, try this” and hands me the drink. This is not what I ordered nor did I ask for you to tweak my drink. Now you’re wasting so much of my time. I try it to be nice and it was disgusting and a totally different flavor. I politely handed it back and said I didn’t like it. She goes to remake my drink for a THIRD time and returns with my drink and says “we made it for you upside down so that you don’t have to stir it up”. YET AGAIN, tweaking my drink without my consent. I AM PAYING FOR MY DRINK, MAKE IT HOW I ORDER IT. I didn’t even have the energy to have confrontation and I just drove off unsatisfied and irritated. The third drink still tasted like the espresso had been reused a million times and watered down. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Awful service.

Review :Unpleasant Experience with Store Manager - AM LilyI have been going to this Starbucks for a long time now and never had such a negative experience with the staff until this past week on January 30th in the morning . The manager on shift was Lily.I recently had a regrettable experience at your store due to the disrespectful behavior exhibited by the store manager. Despite my attempts to address concerns, the manager's attitude was unprofessional and left me with a negative impression of your establishment.I've been ordering the same drink for years without any issues, due to health concerns. The drive-thru manager Lily insisted on charging me extra for adding oat milk, which I'm okay with. However, I felt humiliated by her insistence as tone of voice in wanting to charge a latte aside from that due to the extra milk, despite explaining it's my usual order. She demanded details of other locations and past employees who served me. Even at the payment window, she reiterated the issue in a condescending manner, claiming she had let it slide the day before but not this time. I informed her that even if I knew the names of the employees I would not be provided her with that information. That same morning, I contacted customer service, reported the problem, and was told the district manager would contact me. Unfortunately, I haven't received any follow-up from anyone since that conversation.I hope you take steps to ensure better customer interactions in the future.

I went to the Starbucks on Sanderson and Stetson in Hemet CA. I purchased a coffee and then asked for the code for the restroom. I was denied the code and told that they were not giving out the code. I asked why, and the person at the counter told me that they were not giving out the code because the kids got out of hand. I immediately told her that I was not a kid, and that was a terrible excuse to not allow people to use the restroom. I thought it was being serviced, however, apparently, they shut it down so that the kids from the nearby high school are not able to use it. This is bad business practice. The kids were drinking purchased beverages just like any adult in the building. Not fair to deny people restroom privileges because kids get out of hand. It is wrong to punish all because a few people might get out of hand. I immediately asked for my money back and called Starbucks. The district manager was supposed to call me back but has not. I don't expect them to either. I hope they addressed the issue. I'm not going back.

Adding to the unpleasant experience, the manager claimed to remember me from the previous day and stated that she wouldn't "let it slide " Given my consistent visits over the several months, this made me feel unfairly treated. That same morning, I contacted customer service, reported the problem, and was told the district manager would contact me.
