The woman at the counter helped me and two other customers at the same time. Both sandwiches the bread was stale and she mixed up all the stuff, onions, cheese and condiments were reversed. Very poor service helping more than one customer at a time.

Came in for, buy one get one free footlong. WIFI is horrible! Employees are rude and no help to customers ? i asked if they could assist with placing order online they ignored me I was there for 46 minutes finally left with nothing will never go there again

The server did not give enough vegetables you want in your sandwich! The sandwich was good but not happy for the skimpy amount of vegetables added.

Haven't had Subway in a long time and thought we would give them another shot with a 3 for $18 coupon for an online order. First off, we haven't seen many places accept snail mail coupons for online orders. So this was a plus. And, we customized every sandwich and our order was done on time and accurate. Kudos to Subway! Ultimate BMT and the Turkey Provolone sandwiches were awesome!

I went at dinner time, around 5:45, to get some soup. They were completely out of soup. I went through a second location, about 3 miles from the first subway I stopped at. This subway was completely out of soup as well. I was wise, and called the 3rd subway in the area, and they too, were out of soup except for the chicken noodle. I was craving the broccoli cheese soup. Finally I ended up at Panera. I will go there first next time.

Not once but twice my card has been used for multiple sandwiches from this location illegally!!!! Both times I have called the store immediately and been told nothing they will do....THE STUFF HAD NOT BEEN PICKED UP YET!! CALL THE POLICE!

My issue with this place is that more than once i have done my survey at the bottom of my receipt that STATES I’ll receive 2 free cookie or a 20fl oz soft drink… the MANAGER told me to sign my own receipt, gave me 1 free cookie & walks off ?? Girl that’s not manager material,+ why my receipt ?

I like it when someone else makes my sandwich.

I was the only one in the store ordered and the lady behind the counter pushed my made sandwich to the side and made a man's sandwich in a hurry and took his money. As he was leaving I told the lady oh dare you push him first because he was your boyfriend or you just serve men first. You can eat it and I pushed it back to her. And I'm never going back she had nothing to say not even sorry.. firehouse subs now

Absolutely horrible service. The white lady looked at us and ignored us. She was playing with cookies for like 20mins, while we stood there and waited for service....don't recommend going here.
