Haven't had Subway in a long time and thought we would give them another shot with a 3 for $18 coupon for an online order. First off, we haven't seen many places accept snail mail coupons for online orders. So this was a plus. And, we customized every sandwich and our order was done on time and accurate. Kudos to Subway! Ultimate BMT and the Turkey Provolone sandwiches were awesome!
I went at dinner time, around 5:45, to get some soup. They were completely out of soup. I went through a second location, about 3 miles from the first subway I stopped at. This subway was completely out of soup as well. I was wise, and called the 3rd subway in the area, and they too, were out of soup except for the chicken noodle. I was craving the broccoli cheese soup. Finally I ended up at Panera. I will go there first next time.

Not once but twice my card has been used for multiple sandwiches from this location illegally!!!! Both times I have called the store immediately and been told nothing they will do....THE STUFF HAD NOT BEEN PICKED UP YET!! CALL THE POLICE!

My issue with this place is that more than once i have done my survey at the bottom of my receipt that STATES I’ll receive 2 free cookie or a 20fl oz soft drink… the MANAGER told me to sign my own receipt, gave me 1 free cookie & walks off ?? Girl that’s not manager material,+ why my receipt ?

I actually walked out yesterday without getting a sandwich. I'm a bit of a germophobe so I watch when the person is making my food. It started off good because I didn't have to ask the lady to wash her hands before putting on clean gloves. She got my bread and put on the meat. Right after doing that she reached down with both hands to pull her pants up at the waste then proceeded to get the cheese and put it on my sandwich. She then asked what vegetables I'd like and that's when I told her I changed my mind and walked out. It just made me think that people go to the bathroom and once done they pull up their pants with their dirty hands before washing their hands. And then to continue touching the food afterwards. It just grossed me out. I could tell the girl didn't realize what she did because she looked confused. Had there not been people in front and behind me I would have said something. Instead I just left. I would suggest the employees be more aware of stuff like this in the future.

As he was leaving I told the lady oh dare you push him first because he was your boyfriend or you just serve men first. You can eat it and I pushed it back to her. And I'm never going back she had nothing to say not even sorry.. firehouse subs now

Absolutely horrible service. The white lady looked at us and ignored us. She was playing with cookies for like 20mins, while we stood there and waited for service....don't recommend going here.

This Subway is on point. I'm not sure why they are rated so low, definitely deserve a higher rating. The restaurant is clean, service is great and my oh my sub was exactly what I expected.
