I was having a real rough day and the cashier’s (Sal) amazing service completely turned my day around. It’s the little things one does for one another that makes a whole lot of difference. Today was my daughter’s first day of TK and the first day of school for any parent is rough. On top of that a car hit my car while parked outside of staples today as well. Even with this rollercoaster of emotions, the cashier was able to help me correct my order to the Hemet location and serve me excellent food with a exceptional service! Thank you Sal and Taco Bell Team!🙏

Best Burrito Supreme I've had in 20 years! The beans, meat, sauce, produce .... everything was proportioned peraround. The service was great, and friendly associates that even gave me my receipt and asked if I was part of the TB rewards program. Honestly. I cant remember a TB this efficient in 20+ years. It was clean inside and out .... kudos to the management team!!

I would give a zero I ordered for delivery was missing a meal called said I had to come in and get it I ordered delivery for a reason they said to call customer service. Never got a refund spent over 100 dollars couldn't get refunded 6.99 plus tax.

Ordered through drive thru and was specific on getting BEEF chalupas instead of chicken. Got home and still got CHICKEN even though the receipt clearly says BEEF. Not the first time this happens. Cooks need to pay attention better.

Why is your in location always out of shit, does your manager not know how to do inventory. I’m tired of ordering online to show up and being told they repeatedly out of stuff. Like today no large cups so they gave me a medium with 0 refund ok…..

I don’t expect much from Hemet and the food here since a lot has been disappointing. But wow the food was cooked perfectly and tasted good. The number one thing that made me write this review was the customer service here. Talk about above and beyond from Sal. Makes you definitely want to keep coming back. More places need workers like Sal.

i always come here and never have issues but how am i gonna pay for what i want and get whatever they please to give me… i got a large and they gave me a medium normally i wouldn’t get upset but if im paying for a large im expecting that so we went in inside and all they did was dump the regular in a large cup didn’t even fill it to the top like its supposed to be i get it how it be sometimes working fast food i myself work at a fast food and try my best to give the best service possible.
