7am and the lobby music is louder than a night club. The elderly lady next to me asked me to ask them to have it turned down a bit so I asked and they flat out said no. Poor lady 80+ yrs old Talk about abuse

Normally, this place gets everything correct on my order. Tonight, they got very little correct on my order. I ordered extra red sauce and didn't get it-on two different items. I ordered a quesadilla without queso sauce as my wife can't handle any spicy food. They didn't get that right either. I'm disappointed with this location.

Well, I gave it some time.....wont go back, oh, the food is good, the staff, when you can hear them, are great, but this 10/10 over the top music, just ridiculous....when you go out to eat, you eat, visit, relax, not here, you eat , stare at esch other because you cant talk over music volume, certainly not relaxing.
They changed and remodeled to the live mas cafe.....removed half the seating to install a drink bar.....the music level was head banging over the top, had to yell in order to talk, when i said something, they responded thats its a corporate decision(bad idea).....employees try talking to you, can't hear, they try to call out your order when ready, cant hear....food still good, and hot. Not a fan of it, guess i'll eat in the car.

Renovation two months ago. No cashier, food must be ordered on kiosk. I felt like, I was in the Jetson cartoon era. Will not be returning in the near future...
No value for your money!! Ordered the Burrito Supreme...waste of time & money.. Worth maybe $2..not 6.. Everything is geared in the stores favor.. to make the most money.... Customer comes last

Taco Bell in Valle Vista had the nerve to post an EBT accepted here Poster on the front of the Restaurant and then when you went in to eat they said they weren't doing EBT anymore.
It lasted maybe 1 week. I had ordered already then had to pay Cash, was unable to use the EBT Card.
