You guys never have your full breakfast menu open. If you’re too lazy to go out and switch the menus around just quit already. I was just there at 7:40am. Y’all I don’t know what other items I want are called. Yall got like 4 breakfast items up. I’ve worked at the dealerships for 7 years and everytime I’ve tried to get breakfast there I’m playin freakin wordy charades with the cashier. I’ll let the manager know too

Sooo let’s start off by saying I put in online order for delivery through the app. Okay once they gave the ride to DoorDash!! Stuff went bad smh. The driver couldn’t bring the order due to her app not working!!! After seeing the driver was on her way for an hour but never moved from the store I called the store!!!!! The manger had an attitude!!! Than explain to me they have my food and I can come pick up!!! After sitting for an hour is crazy. They told me to go to the app and cancel the order… I told her there was no option to cancel after you place the order smh just a bad experience I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEY APP… oh yea the manger told me they are not responsible for they app…. If anything goes wrong it’s nothing they can do… they will say contact customer service on the app… which they have no number just an email smh they just now getting back to me from an order 3 days ago smh

this place is the worst taco bell in hemet. food is always cold nacho cheese cups are never filled they always forget items and the nacho fries are always so old and hard and ice cold.

Every time I go through this drive thru it’s the same situation….. they don’t have this or that?!?! Learn to keep products on your menu! They also barely put any hot sauce in my bags after I told them 3 times! I need a lot of sauce it’s a big order!

The food was edible that should say enough 6/10. The people that work there were very nice. Though that's why I am giving a good 4 star rating also... my stomach said before eating hey we need to go number 2 like now now... so before getting my food I used the restroom and surprisingly enough it was very clean the staff seems to be doing a good job at keeping this place clean better than locations in perris, moreno valley and riverside.

Absolutely terrible food. They rarely get my order right. Service was ok. Just a bunch of teens working the place. I'm so disappointed that I had to stop going and wasting my money. Hope they get this store up to par. Sad.
