They need to figure out a system for their breakfast, I paid for pick up for breakfast and as soon as I went to pick it up they said it was past 11 so i cant have the order i paid for. I didnt want lunch/dinner so i asked for a refund and they said no unless it was on the app. Its my money, i ordered on time, and the only option they left me with was to use my money on things i didnt want. I ordered the dinner anyways and they only gave me the amount i paid for off my order, nothing for the inconvenience. If the breakfast is on the menu online and i ordered it then lay the items or ingredients to the side till we get there OR make up for the inconvenience instead of making me by stuff I dont want with my own money.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was super clean and the temperature was comfortable. The tacos were full of ingredients and delicious.

I don’t usually leave a review anywhere, but this experience yesterday was just awful. Walked in, ordered, asked for the bathroom code. The lady behind the counter was absolutely rude. Both bathrooms were occupied over 10 minutes and then a UPS driver came out of the bathroom on the right. The code she gave us wasn’t working, so we asked again. She wouldn’t give it to us and said it was employee only, although a UPS driver just came out of it. We waited 5 additional minutes for the “customer” bathroom on the left before my coworker walked to Stater Bros to use their restroom. While she was gone a Taco Bell worker left the “customer” bathroom, a few minutes later I received my cantina chicken quesadilla. It was barely cooked, tortilla was limp and gooey as if it was microwaved. Trash service, trash food. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience with Tyler. He was very aggressive even threatened me. I was terrified as a woman that a man even an employee would do such a thing. He needs to be fired his attitude was horrific. You lost a loyal customer and I will never return again.
