I don’t usually leave a review anywhere, but this experience yesterday was just awful. Walked in, ordered, asked for the bathroom code. The lady behind the counter was absolutely rude. Both bathrooms were occupied over 10 minutes and then a UPS driver came out of the bathroom on the right. The code she gave us wasn’t working, so we asked again. She wouldn’t give it to us and said it was employee only, although a UPS driver just came out of it. We waited 5 additional minutes for the “customer” bathroom on the left before my coworker walked to Stater Bros to use their restroom. While she was gone a Taco Bell worker left the “customer” bathroom, a few minutes later I received my cantina chicken quesadilla. It was barely cooked, tortilla was limp and gooey as if it was microwaved. Trash service, trash food. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience with Tyler. He was very aggressive even threatened me. I was terrified as a woman that a man even an employee would do such a thing. He needs to be fired his attitude was horrific. You lost a loyal customer and I will never return again.

Today I had a great customer service the whole staff was awesome,friendly and very helpful food was good fresh and the store was very clean, the bathroom smelled fresh and I will definitely will come back here again when I want to get away and a quiet moment it definitely made my day. Thank you much.
This Taco Bell deserves an award. Food comes out hot and filled to the brim every time. Love you Hemet Taco Bell! I’m so sad we will be moving away and won’t be able to experience the extra Chipotle sauce again :’)
