Food was delivered quickly but the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. They also completely messed up my order I don't think they got a single thing correct

First off when dining in they force gih to order on their kiosk and won't even help you at the counter. Unless you're familiar with their electronic menu, this takes way too long to do on your own. Then the cups they gave me were disgusting and dirty with sticky soda all over them and I had to wait to ask for new cups. Our rolluos were cold and not melted cheese...what's the point? Fries were the only ok thing. We won't be back

This is normally my go to spot but tonight the manager was rude as heck and forgot all my sauces and napkins which isn't a big deal but how she acted isn't right she was hella rude and didnt care. When I called to let her know she said ok and? Then said do u want want to come back and get them rude as hell. They need a new night manager there. She is trash and could have been alot nicer for her crews mess up she needs to be fired. I will never return to this location due to her and how she acted towards me.you lost a long time customer due to this incident.

Great Chicken 3$ burrito limited time offer. Good size, and flavor. I enjoy all food here. Very nice employees and fast service. They were polite and efficient and showed great team work.

This location has horrible food! My chalupas were cold like they didn’t even heat up the meat! Very disappointing for the price I paid for all my food. Avoid this location and just drive to the San Jacinto one!
Ordered my food on the app ahead of time before arriving , was not welcomed , waited 15 mins politely in store before addressing the cashier. She was rude blunt and had very pore customer service . I wont use names i come here multiple times a week and the service has never gotten better .2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ since i love taco bell
