Ever few orders they screw it up. And when you call they are rude and act like it’s the customers fault they leave half an order out of the bag and screw up the drink. I didn’t know you could do that but apparently you can.

Idk if it’s this location or taco bel in general, but I ate their food and literally 6 hours later I woke up from my sleep in a panic running to the restroom, maybe it’s poor food quality or hygiene there but idk. Def not worth it.

Got food poisoning, ordered 2 Mexican pizzas, both me and my wife got sick, service was horrible, like we were an inconvenience to them, took them a long time to come to the counter and take my money. All around

The woman at the front counter seems to be in a bad mood and does not like to attend the customers. She directs you to the kiosk. Some customers were older and could not get the hang of using the kiosk and she never intervened. I had to get off my seat to help them put in their order.

While at the Taco Bell ? on Florida Ave, I had a new experience. They only have a touch screen to order.Not my preference but a corporate decision to save money.The problem is, I waited until I was fed up and demanded my food or a refund. It was a 20 minute wait with no one before me. Only the drive thru was being taken care of. This was the same for customers after me as well. They were completely under staffed. And with only a machine to deal with the public, total chaos!!!Higher prices, I have to do someone's job and the staff is stressed out and can't handle the orders, I'll go somewhere else!Corporate Mistake!!!
