Following my relocation to Hemet in November, I stopped by the hut. The fish lacked flavor, tasting more like old grease than fresh catch. The sides were tolerable, but the overall experience was lackluster. I gave it another chance in June, and while it was better, it still failed to impress. I would not recommend the hut to others.

You will not find a more professional kind and courteous staff and great food anywhere else. The fish hut has truly from day one become my absolute favorite place to dine. Food is always spectacular and the staff is always sweet kind and very hospitable. Top notch I promise. Absolutely wonderful across the board. If you haven't tried this place I promise you are missing out.

First time visit. There was only 1 person that was working and she was exceptional. The food was really good. Got the catfish and shrimp and she made sure it was just right. She provided great customer service given she was the only one working.

Staff were friendly, small place hard to see as your passing by not but not really a problem. Tried their 3 pc catfish, collard greens and mac n cheese. I've been to so many restaurants all over the country as a truck driver. Some back country small diners in the south and this was a nice reminder of those places. Doesn't taste as good as them but neither does new York style pizza in town or any place advertising food from somewhere else. But for what we got in Hemet, it was a delicious meal that I ate entirely. Will definitely be back to try out other items.

I spent over $100 in this place the food was nasty my fish wasn't fried right.my fish was cold my fries was cold it was bad customer service and the people was working there and did not look clean at all.and there was nothing but teenagers working there with no experience on customer service. I hate bash a black business but come on this is terrible

DONT WAIST YOUR $$. This shit was nasty a huge disappointment. The seasoning/Batter didnt even stick to the fish it had like his own layer so a little piece pulled off the whole seasoning came off. They were out of potato salad nor do they add eggs. The french fries were not fresh. Is like they just reheated everything in the microwave. The cornbread tasted old. The chocolate chip cookies taste old. Then they change their prices. The prices on the menu don't be the same prices that they end up charging you. The people gathering your food together don't wear hair nets, and have their hair just Flowing out. The only good thing I would have to say is the cashier in front had, exceptional customer service. She was so nice. Spent over $40 do not waste your money at this place. They're good reviews have to be like friends or something because as a actual customer, the food was nasty.

It has been a couple of weeks since we had our meal from the FishHut, but I still want to commend them for the fine meal my wife and I had. We had the battered snappy, fries and hush puppies. The food was great and the service was top notch. They went out of their way to see that we had a great dining experience, going over and above on our order. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.....you won't be disappointed!!!
