If I could give zero stars I would. My first time here was for a school fundraiser and we swore we'd never go again because the service was so horrible and the food was even worse. The staff do not know what they're doing, the restaurant was a mess, tables and chairs strewn about with no order to them and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. We had intended on dining in but after seeing what the place looked like we chose to take our food to go and the only reason we even stayed to order was to support the school otherwise we would have walked out. I've never seen a more poorly run Wetzel's Pretzels. We ordered 4 pretzels, 3 were underdone and 1 was hard as rock which was curious seeing how busy they were, you'd think they'd be churning them out like crazy. Again, we would've left because considering what the dining area looked like, I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Fast forward to today and I tried out Too Good to Go for the first time thinking it was the other location in Hemet, the one inside Walmart only to be told we had to go to this location, the one we refused to go to ever again but, alas, I paid in advance and maybe our first visit was a fluke so off we went to go pick up our order. We were barely greeted by a gal who did not speak English but she recognized the app so she went in the back and brought us a bag with two orders of bites, one plain, one pizza, and said ok, that's it. The bites were actually not bad and still fairly soft but the order didn't come with any dipping sauce nor did she ask if we wanted any. I would have bought some but she never asked. The restaurant though, looked exactly the same as it did a year ago, if not worse. It was an absolute mess behind the counter and dining area was still gross. There was a woman and her kids eating and I'm assuming they were the employee's family members because they kept going up to the counter for refills on drinks and had obviously gotten the lions share of food prior to our arrival. Going forward I'll never use the app again if this is the location because nothing has changed. I'm honestly surprised the location is still open given the number of bad reviews and the same sentiments being cited over and over again. Additionally, our PTSO group will never use this location for a school fundraiser ever again, at least not while I'm a member and I'm not the only one. Other member parents have had similar experiences and refuse to go to this location as well. Last, our family moved to this area two years ago when we bought a brand new home and our builder had an open house one weekend and there was a Wetzel's truck there and the pretzels, the dipping sauces, the drinks were as if you were orsering at the mall, amazing. Crazy how youd get better food off a truck! t's a bummer Wetzel's Pretzels, your treats are always welcome but this location doesn't do your brand justice.

had the most dissapoiting bean and cheese burrito ever for 7$ one of the smallest burritoes i ahve ever seen i will not be going back here anytime. the salsa there is ass too

If so, that is ok if that is what you require asking for ID. So I asked for a refund, and I will not show you my ID for some pretzels.

They did not listen to my order and got it wrong at drive thru, I said chicken they gave me beef. The plate we got did not look like the picture, it was completely different!
The store is inside a gas station it is fine, and I would give 5 stars, but the drive-through was frustrating. I wasn't sure they were open it took a good 3-4 min for them to respond, then it was a weird response, not "can I help you," but "yeah." So I went inside, and they were friendly.
