Pizza was made to perfection as asked with the sauce spreaded evenly. Erica was had amazing customer service. The place was clean and quiet. Augustin offered to help, but Erica already helped me. I appreciate their service with a smile. Pizza Hut on Stetson, good job!!

if I could give them no stars I would. To start off It took over a hour to make our Pizza, more like a hour and a half but who cares, the workers sure dont, then any qustions I had to the newest member of the team, with his ear bud in his ear, very professional, Right, said he was Customer service, he might look that one up, and not be rude, as he could not even do his job. the manager might tell him to leave the ear bud at home you have a job to do and your not very good at it at all, then the pizza was wrong, and I could go on and on what a BAD experience it was but just BEWARE, stay away from this pizza place, there is much better places, like MILANO'S right across the street

Actually we have been coming here for a few years and it's gotten better with the new staff. I did have a mess up today but the manager or lead was very nice, apologized and remade everything fresh for us . The store was clean and the ambiance was lightWith good customer service you can always make things right. We are all human and make mistakes. So for this review I'm giving them a five stars for making things right.

Finally tried the new PIzza Melt today. It was ok but not the best. It needs to come with another sauce, one is not enough. I ordered the 8 piece wings and one of them was just a piece of deep fried skin. See pic.

Brittany is absolutely wonderful! The sweetest and she makes the BEST pizza we try and only order with her if she is there lol she literally makes our pizza nights

So I was in the area helping my sister with some work on her house and she brought up this location as it was the closest to her house. I have struggled over the years with Pizza Hut not ever actually being one of my favorite places to stop by. We called in the order and it was weird because the person on the phone had an Indian accent and we had a hard time communicating but so what she's working but apparently from home because I could hear her kids in the background screaming mom mom. I told her several times I would like the three topping ten dollar thing even tried giving the code she said I didn't need it um ok. Latter I would see that indeed I did need the code. But here is we're this location saved it's self. It did not have the stay at home phone order mom and all the people I did deal with were prompt professional and very friendly. It was close to closing and they had no problem going the extra mile to go out of the way they fill all my request including opening a new thing of jalapeños for me so thanks so much guys for going the extra mile to help me out with a late night order. Phone order 1 in store service 5 food 4 had mom with me so didn't want to go to hot on the wings so went medium? More like bbq ketchup. Go hot the pizza was probably one of the better ones I have had from a Pizza Hut so overall a solid 4 but only for the staff and a halfway decent dinner.

State & Stetson location in Hemet Everytime at this location they never put the marinara you supposed to get for the bread sticks , and we ordered HOT wings and got bbq wings! Like you have to be a real dummy to get that wrong.
