I got in at 1130 the place closes at 12. Chicken wings are cold But the fries were hot.

Crazy to find out the rude employee handing out food is your manager! Believe his name was Matt. Handling food after money, on his cell phone and not once washed your hands. Then handing food out like you hate everyone for ordering ... lf you hate your life that much why even show up to work! Top it off I get home foods cold and not all there. Last time I come here that's for sure!!!

Very filthy, trash all over the bathroom. Sticky, dirty fountain drink area. Open to cross-contamination. Trash in the restaurant on the floor. It never gets mopped. Tables are filthy, breading ground for bacteria! Workers are lazy except the girl register. Delivery drivers have to fill the customers drinks, when they have a fountain drink machine behind the counter in the kitchen area..lazy! Needs new management team. The staff is probably eating the customers missing food lol...

If I could give this location zero stars I would. My husband and I placed a 30 piece order with fries and when my husband picked up the order only 10 wings were in the bag. When we called about our order not being complete the manager argued with my husband and wasn’t willing to refund or give us our full order (the 20 missing wings) my husband went down there and the same thing happened the manager just argued and wasn’t willing to do anything about our missing food and was trying to say I’ll meet you half way and give you 10 wings. We didn’t get a refund or our food. Do not come to this location horrible!!!
I ordered delivery on oct 9 at 5:30 20 wings to be exact. The delivery order was missing food when it arrived. I called Wingstop on Florida ave explained that we were missing food.
They said they could get us the missing wings but we would have to drive there to pick them up. The purpose of the delivery is because I cannot drive to the store. The employee showed no empathy towards the situation and I had to ask for a refund. He could not tell me how I could check to see if the refund would arrive.
This would not be a problem if our wing expert "NAE"would serve my order correct. Do better next time.

Came here to get dinner for my family and received the absolute worst treatment from Erwin and he claims he's the manager and that's probably why the place is ran like a bunch of stray wild animals because he acts like one his self and is extremely unprofessional breath stinks spits when he talks continues to cut ppl off mid sentence and just needs to be fired this is a disgrace to the wingstop franchise itself and you guys need better representation you need to lead by example instead of getting upset when a customer ask a simple question I will not be spending any of my hard earned money here anymore and I will make sure I spread the word. 0 starz hands down worst experience from any wingstop I've ever been to!

Absolutely horrible experience!!! It is the second time we order through Uber eats, and when we get the order , there are only 8 wings instead of 10.
I called to speak to the manager on duty, when a voice sounding like a young man picked up the phone. When I asked for the MOD, he kept asking what I wanted and he was the MOD. I asked 6 times for him to identify himself ( customer service 101) and he refused in a very rude manner and attitude. I notified him I would be escalating the issue to corporate not only about the missing items in the order, but especially about his atrocious behavior. He proceeded to laugh and make fun of whatever was happening rather than apologize or attempt to rectify the situation. I did alert him that my cap was also being recorded on my iPad, and all he did was laugh. The MOD on duty picked up this call in the Hemet store at 2 pm, on Sunday the 21st. I will continue spreading all the negative reviews about this store on every platform, I will file a complaint with corporate, and if need be, I will also file complaints with the consumer affairs or whichever business body would have some type of oversight because when I pay for an item and I do not receive that item, this constitutes theft. This store stole my money and did not provide the full order I paid for. I let it go previously when they messed up, but enough is enough.

I'd give zero if I could. Fries cooked several times, wings the same. NEVER GO HERE.
Food is always good and hot. Staff is nice and very helpful. Shout out to the 3 male employees that came out and tried to help us put the bumper back on.
