Service was horrible. Very unorganized. I understand a business can be busy however it took them 15mins to even recognize I was standing on the front counter. Before I order they told me it would be an hour for my order. I ordered and after an hour waiting they advised me it would be another hour. I asked for a refund and was told that they could not give me a refund and had to call the manager the next day. Very disappointed

Tell me why I tried to redeem my T-mobile Tuesday deal and asked the literal Wingstop workers to help me, and all they could say was “I can’t help you right now?!!! Like what???? Is your job to “help right now.” That’s totally disrespectful and their customer service is ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!

My favorite wingstop location. They don't mess up my order like other locations. Even if they forgot something they dont give you a rude face. Thay happily get it for you. They are welcoming and quick.

The meal was sad. Honestly, not even mad. It’s like…what can I really expect from a 3.7 star Wing Stop.
The fries were COLD, the lemon pepper wings had no lemon and no pepper. The dude at the register seemed chill but that’s about it. Pretty disappointing meal after a long day. I’m mad I let myself be taken for a fool and pay $17 for this.

Had the new chicken tenders the other day sweet chili glaze and Cajun. So good! Waited a little longer than the est order ready time but worth the wait for the fresh hot fries 😜 Staff is super friendly as well thanks yall 🫶

Loved my experience here on 3/11/25 Roberto was the cashier he had my food out fresh and fast. He was very patient and didn’t rush me. Needs A Promotion or some kind of recognition from management! Great place
