This Peets coffee is very inconsistent,they messed up my mocha multiple times and they treated me like I was the problem,so I ended up getting my money back and my co worker and I will not ever return to this Peets coffee ,everyone is young and lack social skills,if someone says good morning to you while you work at a coffee shop you should at least have some common courtesy to say good morning back instead of ignoring the customers

❤️ Peets vanilla chai. I usually do the drive-thur but this time I needed to sit & do some paperwork. Sat outside, was nice. Just fyi, they started ticketing if you spend more than 2hrs there. Apparently, people are leaving their cars & going to work🤔 making it bad for everyone. Oh & metermaids marking your tired digitally now so no telling when a tire was marked- why?cuz people were complaining about the chalk mark on their tires 🙄lol!!

Was excited that they had a drive thru as I haven’t been to a Peet’s in a long time. I remember them being good! But the coffees we got were terrible. The coffee tasted like hot water, and the medium sized cups were only filled 2/3 of the way. Paid 5.75 for a ham & cheese sando but instead they gave me this thin egg & cheese one. Quality has decreased and shrinkflation seems to be at play. Disappointed. Not going back.

Needed water for medicine employees were helpful. Outside seating and with 4 tables . Can be busy but always has been good atmosphere. Large not crowded inside space. Comfortable inside seating.
Drinks are good but drive through ALWAYS takes forever plan to be waiting at least 10-15 minutes even if there’s only 1 or 2 cars in front of you.

I visited the store a few days ago with my cousin around closing time. When we walked in, there was one person on the phone, likely taking drive-thru orders, but no one was at the front to take in-person or in-store orders. The associate on the phone saw us but didn’t acknowledge our presence. It would have been nice if they had said something like, “Someone will be with you shortly” or “Please give us a moment,” but there was no communication. They saw us, looked away, and continued taking orders.
Eventually, someone came out from the back or kitchen and asked if we were ready to order, which I appreciated. Their customer service was great, and they did their best to assist us.
Overall, the store is in a convenient location near the Safeway gas station, and while the second associate’s service was excellent, the initial lack of acknowledgment impacted the experience. I would have rated the visit 5 out of 5 if we had been told about the wait. Since that didn’t happen, I’m giving it a 4 out of 5.

Picking up parking is problematic. Some customers parked on the pick up parking spot to get their coffee and snack and sit inside store until they finish which is to long for customer that are going to pick up their order. Not fair.
