I ordered from Pizza Twist in Hercules last night, and honestly, I was super impressed. Their customer service was probably some of the best I’ve had—they were really nice and made sure my order was perfect.
What I liked the most was that they use hand-slaughtered halal meat. You don’t see that everywhere, and it made the pizza feel so much better quality. The meat tasted fresh, and it’s cool knowing they actually care about their ingredients.
The pizza itself was great—fresh toppings, good crust, and it got here hot and on time. If you’re nearby, I’d definitely say give them a try!

Dietary restrictions: My main dietary restrictions are that I am unable to eat any pork or products that contain even traces of pork, like gelatin, since I am a Muslim. I was beyond pleased not only about the fact that Pizza Twist had a multitude of Halal meat options, like halal chicken/wings, pizza, salads, even halal pepperoni made from beef (ifykyk how hard it is to find an establishment that serves it), but the quality and taste of the meat was insanely good, didn't have a funny taste or anything of that sort. I went one step further and verified their Halal Certification and verified they use Zabiha Halal Meat, which is hand-slaughtered, so there's really no way to top that.

Best food in the bay and the customer service is also very nice. The owner himself was very nice and helped me choose what i should get. I really liked it. I got half Shai paneer and half Achari chicken pizza, pasta, and wings everything was very good and fresh.

I must say their "buffalo sauce" is like the most authentic best buffalo sauce I've ever had. I think maybe there's a touch of alcohol in it and really gives it a kick, wow! I used it as dip for my paneer pizza.

I got my order delivered and the person on the phone had a problem understanding English. I had to repeat myself so many times for him to get it. When i received my order it was missing fries. I called the store and the guy lied to me and told me that i never ordered fries, he never apologized and kept trying to tell me it was my fault. My order was under the name “Jess” on Friday Dec 13th. The store should fire that employee. The pizza was ok. The crust felt cheap and low quality. The meat was cut in such small pieces i could barely taste it.

Nice people, clean. Not great pizza. Cheap dough, Cheap ingredients.
