I have one issue with Star Bucks is Their a Logical reason why the Air Conditioner has to be on in the winter Time. I'm writing this comment from inside the Hercules Local. Right Now.

Spent about 50.00 or more for stars quest I completed. I was then denied using the restroom. Then ate and had sticky fingers. Needed to wash hands, pee, and change my personal product and manager man came knocking saying I was taking too long so I had to reexplain changing personal products and no soap in the bathroom. I was appalled by this visit here.

The lack of customer service and welcoming customers only Creates conflic and does not allow smooth communication and transactions. Especially if the customers having to manage employees moods. Your register staff needs to be better trained in customer service. To know how to address customers and have appropriate tone. Your dealing with adults over 40, we require a level of respect and Professionalism. Do better! Hire some males Mr. manager. Even out the hormones up in here.

Visiting family in Hercules for 10 days during the holiday season. Ordered my 10 pump Chai tea, lite iced, soy milk with one expresso shot latte, with breakfast sandwiches daily. They got it right without exception day after day. Thank you for not disappointing me.

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a hot holiday caramel crème brûlée latte and it was delicious. I only enjoy coffee sweetened and this was perfectly sweetened. ☕️??
