You know, now days you have to put the food to the side and take a moment to show appreciation for the workers. I wanted tacos from a taqueria but at 9:30pm I had no luck. I ended up at Taco Bell. The guy who took my order via drive thru, gave off happy vibes. As if he enjoyed his job. Then when I approached the video, he had that same energy. He wasn't extra smily or flirty, or even chipper. He was courteous, confident and obliging. It's so hard to find that nowadays. Two thumbs up. The food was made correctly, as I had special requests. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

Terrible experience! My greeting was “how are you paying?” When I told him card he pointed me to the kiosk and said “that’s how we do it” I don’t work at Taco Bell I shouldn’t be forced to spend 10 minutes figuring out how to work the kiosk, and instead of helping me (obviously struggling 10 min later for a taco) he proceeded to chit chat with co-workers. After completing my order for dine in, a was alerted that my food was in the bag on the counter-the place was dead, the least you could do is teach and practice customer service!!

I am hooked on these country potato and scrambled egg breakfast burritos. I usually buy two at a time because I can put it in the fridge and reheat it in the microwave for one minute. It taste just as good when reheated the next day. I also like their other vegetarian options. My favorite is #5 Taco Supreme. I'm glad they added more meat, cheese, etc, on top of the taco chips! Great in Hercules, CA!
OMG! My son bought us breakfast burritos today at 8am (8.19.23) and I have 1 thing to say....Amazing! The burritos were made perfectly. Giving a big kudos to the food preparer. Management should recognize their greatness!

A disgusting product served by incompetent people..I used to work at taco bell when I was a teen. We had pride in our product, which we made in house by hand. Today they hire retards to slap together shit product.. I'll never go back

Placed my online order 21 minutes ago .... Came into the building to pick it up because the order was over $50 the app says you can't do drive thru . Once I made it inside NOT ONE associated greeted me , reassured me they would be with me shortly nothing I've been standing here for more than 12 min without receiving 1 acknowledgement from staff. After nearly 20 minutes a lady finally asked if I've been helped yet gave me a snobby attitude for not making my self known mean while the staff has walked passed me and constantly holding other non appropriate professional talks "funky ass" person Overall horrible service maybe that's why they don't get many people to dine in

I didn't get a chance to order and I was starving and I had to walk out and leave. Bad service when it comes to ordering in person at the register.
