Best Boba in town and East Bay. Their pearls are so soft, even when refrigerated...they come out still soft. I love all their boba flavors, and you seriously have to try it to know. Their banh mi is good too, but their boba and smoothies are literally amazing. 10/10. Don't believe me, just try it.
This is a Hercules classic, they make the best breakfast sandwiches in town. The donuts are fresh and the boba tea flows. Coffee is decent and you can even buy lottery tickets!
Exactly what you want for a breakfast on the move or if you wanna eat so much you can't anymore. Great food decent prices and very friendly.

Cafe Tapioca & Donuts is a hidden gem offering good coffee, awesome smoothies, and real, fresh, and delicious donuts. The strawberry and banana smoothie is a favorite. Customers enjoy the different breakfast sandwiches, and the Vietnamese coffee is one of the best iced coffees, with the perfect amount of sweetness and strong energy. The revamped cafe also serves banh mi sandwiches, with BBQ Pork and fresh bread and ingredients being highlights. The Bahn Mi sandwich has fresh meat, Pate, and bread that exceed expectations. Service is friendly and helpful; one owner even opened the cafe after closing early for a party, making a drink order and giving free donuts. Staff are patient and address customers by name, which is rare. This is a lucky spot to play and win California Lottery. While seating is limited, it is a quick stop for grab-and-go. Customers come twice a week for donuts and coffee and have now found a place for a quick lunch.
