We got here at about 12.30 pm on Wednesday. Plenty of parking on the complex. There are other restaurants around but this was probably the most crowded on a Wednesday afternoon. We were greeted and seated as soon as we entered. The waiter who attended us was knowledgeable and polite. He walked us through their most famous items and we ended up ordering Mongolian beef and Kung pao shrimp as suggested.Mongolian beef was spicy and hit the right spots as always. Always a wonderful experience when coming to Dragon Terrace! The asparagus beef is a stand out. I probably shouldn’t share this, but if you ask nicely if they have snow pea leaves, they’ll prepare garlic sautéed snow pea leaves and they are to die for if you love tender green veggies!! Also, the sizzling platters are fabulous; we love the steak especially.

Originally from S.F. but evrytime I come out to Hercules & I stop by, they never disappoint ! And that's for every dish. 5 plus stars and beyond. I love it here. Sweet & Sour fish w/ fried rice is my favorite, ordered pot stickers, veggie tofu, egg foo young shrimp, and full plate of chow main. Generous portions and piping hot food. Came up to $70. That's a steal !!!
