Sucky people work here. I ordered ahead, arrived early, long before closing time, and the doors were locked and lights off. They wouldn't even look at me. They still charged me and entered picked up in the app, so I had to email subway help etc.. The least they could have done is made the refund automatic in the app. They were trying to get away with saying they gave me my food when they didn't! Basically stealing. This subway location is by far, the best location that I have ever visited. Sandeep was very friendly, very fast and super nice to my family and I. I can't remember the last time I've been to a Subway quite like this one. If I were a local I'd definitely eat here daily!!!
This is the worst subway branch. First of all we waited patiently for our turn & there's only 1 customer in front of us and no one behind us. When it was our turn we showed a coupon and right away the server (Sandeep) said they don't accept it and was going to walk away. I then said ok we'll go ahead and order.
