Sucky people work here. I ordered ahead, arrived early, long before closing time, and the doors were locked and lights off. They wouldn't even look at me. They still charged me and entered picked up in the app, so I had to email subway help etc.. The least they could have done is made the refund automatic in the app. They were trying to get away with saying they gave me my food when they didn't! Basically stealing. Honestly I would use much worse language for them but I don't know if that's allowed. But you know what I mean... don't go here they SUCK. If the owners/workers are reading this you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your disgusting and disgraceful and Karma is a B word.

This subway location is by far, the best location that I have ever visited. Sandeep was very friendly, very fast and super nice to my family and I. I can't remember the last time I've been to a Subway quite like this one. If I were a local I'd definitely eat here daily!!!

This is the worst subway branch. First of all we waited patiently for our turn & there's only 1 customer in front of us and no one behind us. When it was our turn we showed a coupon and right away the server (Sandeep) said they don't accept it and was going to walk away. I then said ok we'll go ahead and order. She made our first order and a customer came in for pick-up. She stops what she's doing and decided to help the customer. A total discrimination. Subway shouldn't be sending coupon if the store doesn't accept them anyway. This store deserves a zero star.

Absolutely the worst subway I have ever been to. I ordered a 6 inch veggie sandwich and they were so stingy with their ingredients and wanted to charge extra for everything. I would never recommend this subway to anybody.

For a minute there was actually someone who worked here who owned and used their brain. She seems to be gone, so it's back to unbelievable situations. Went there and one guy in front of me trying to order. Asked what kind of cheese they had, I guess dude can't read the sign in front of him. Anyway, guy making sandwich just standing there and then holds a piece of cheese out to another worker who is purposely ignoring him. He still isn't saying anything. Then he was staring down at the different cheeses not saying anything. Woman co-worker pretending to not notice. I watched this for a few minutes and knew I had to get the hell outta there. It was insane.You might think I'm exaggerating. Go there and see for yourself. You will be bummed. This is hands down the worst Subway I've ever been to and I've given it SO many chances.

I've tried giving this store multiple chances, but they are extremely slow and make you stand there for 5 minutes with the bread out of the oven while they do other things. The owner worked on the doorbell and looked me straight in the face without any acknowledgment. They also hiked the cost of their sandwiches by a dollar (the Pinole Subway is a dollar less). I finally walked out of their store to head to the Pinole subway, and then the lady tried to motion that she was ready for me after I got back into my car. Even though this Subway is close to my house, I will be going to Pinole for now on. Pinole only has 1 employee while this location has 2, not including the owner. This location does not give you extra when you ask for it, but they will certainly charge for it. As I stated, I've given this store multiple chances because I know the economy is straggling, but they are making it easy for natural selection.

Clean, welcoming and friendly staff, great conversation while ordering lunch for my neighbor, I thought perfect sandwich for my neighbor bc he is taking care of his dad who just had a stroke so a way to surprise him I order two foot longs so that takes care of dinner, one less thing he has to worry about plus this lady wore her gloves, great job, made my sub super fat nicely done and heated, my neighbors loved their subs and were very grateful!!! East Coast vibe here!!! Be nice to your neighbors.

Don't accept coupons , if you have coupon don't go here , waste of your time. Not sure how this store makes money when there are so many negative reviews :(
