This was our first time eating here with my husband and kids and I gotta say the service was great and the brisket was so delicious. We will definitely go back again to Tommy's BBQ for more. I loved the country music playing on the TV.

Absolutely love Tommy’s bbq company. I've had Flints in Oakland, K.C's in Berkeley, and Evert and Jones, Tommy’s is now my favorite BBQ spot hands down. it's REAL bbq! Prices are right on par with other real BBQ places. Places like Kinders and Dickies, and even Lucille's just don't match up. My family and I are extremely happy that Tommy’s opened up in Hercules. Please keep the good food coming! Be cool

We ordered a Brisket and 2 racks of ribs for a small 4th of July bbq at the house (I didn't feel like smoking a Brisket and ribs nor cooking this year ) and I gotta say! Tommy's Brisket and Ribs are some of the best I've ever had! His homemade BBQ sauce is also hella good! Much better than the other bbq spot we got here in Herc! Do yourself a favor if you are a BBQ lover this is the spot! And Tommy is a real good dude! Such great service and food. This is my new go to BBQ spot. Don't gotta go outta town no more! Herc has a real BBQ spot!

I got the 2 way plate-pork ribs and brisket. Both were DELICIOUS! The pork ribs had lots of meat on them…not fatty. I ate the meat on one side and turned it over and there was meat on the other side. The brisket melted in my mouth! So Good!! The baked beans were good but mac n cheese was a miss. No flavor. That is why 4 stars for food. I will definitely be going back!!

The first time I walked up to this place there was a line out the door. Today my wife and I decided to try it out. The aroma and vibe was very nice. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with our order which had us wait almost an hour, I was pretty hangry and frustrated. The owners wife , once realizing what happened gave very prompt customer service and must have apologized a dozen times. She doubled our order free of charge! The brisket literally melted in my mouth, the sauce was on point and the coleslaw was fresh and a unique flavor. I will definitely be back and might even make up an event for them to cater.

it's very spicy and very little food compared to the price you pay in the togo box

Ordered a one way (Ribs, mac, coleslaw) and loaded nachos, food was cold, Ribs were too sweet and dry, nachos did not have jalapeños, and more chips then topings with chips being stale not fresh, pulled pork had good flavor, did not like the coleslaw. Was really hoping this place would be good but I will stick with

I've been looking and hoping for good bbq. Kinders does not give the portions Tommy does. And their sauce is awesome. Good , tasty beans and good mac n cheese. There used to be a great place on SPD road, then he had a truck on San Pablo and the Parkway. Been years and I've been craving ever since. Thanks Tommy's bbq co.
