Bakers is and had always had great food, great service and great prices.
The Shakes are made from real ice cream and you can still choose your choice of wheat or white bun.
I love this place, it's the perfect mix of Mexican AND American food!

THESE LADIES THAT ARE ALL WORKING ARE MESSING UP ORDERS THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO YOU WHEN YOUR INSIDE .. they make duplicate orders I waited for a half hour on my job lunch break to get a single sandwhich … they are making you use their kiosk to put orders and don’t acknowledge you when your ther.. it took me 10 min to oder a sandwhich and took 25 min just to make it … they even worked on a duplicate order .. MAKING US USE YOUR KIOSK IS A JOKE AND YOU SHOULD BE GIVING EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS IF WE ARE NOW WORKING YOUR REGISTERS .. I DONT work for bakers .. so I expect giving my order to a human being .. if I have to place my own order , WHERE IS MY PAY AS WELL AS SCHEDULE TO WORK THERE , because seems as your making the customers work as their own cashiers… THIS LOCATION PROVIDING UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE … and when I received my food is was cold …!!!PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU IN THEIR PLACE OF Business. We are customers in no way should be held as cashiers. They care about their drive-through more than they do of their end dining customers, and all their attention is straight on drive-through bakers does not know how to train their individuals to be able to work both sides they will have you wait and wait and wait and deliver you cold food. Why should we pay inflation high price that you have put on your menu board and the customer service is horrible . I as an consumer hopes that other people read this message and until they figure out how to operate in that restaurant and make it more efficient, I suggest no one spend their money there. They have plenty of restaurants in this location that will actually care about you rather than Bakers, the employee staff are very unaware are making duplicate orders and having customers who are on the job at work wait for extensive amount of time. This is not good. This is an acceptable. I hope management sees this and correct the women that were inside that place working all of them did not pay any attention to customers inside all car about was just getting the food out and taking the money that is the most horrible experience Bakers offer. These employees represent Baker and as far as their actions the restaurant has diminished in my eyes I hope that the public sees this and opens their eyes that Baker restaurant don’t give a dam about the customer . Worst experience I ever encounter. Asked for a cheese quesadilla with extra cheese . This is what I got. I tried to resolved the issue with the manager Claudia. She seemed grouchy . Not very happy with the way the situation was handled. Bakers is not like the way they used to be with food and staff. Would not be visiting this place again
