Pho Kobe is a place with absolutely delicious food, despite the need for a facelift. The shrimp yakisoba spicy and pho 25 with egg rolls are highly recommended. The flavorful broth requires no additional seasoning. The spicy shabu and fried rice are also excellent choices. The customer service is top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and kind. Overall, a must-try for delicious pho and other tasty dishes.
