Burgers are fatty and juicy, a tad bit greasy (which I love), and caramelized extremely well on a flat top, so you get a delicious burst of meaty flavor. While the patty itself is not paper thin, it's smooshed enough that it gets a crispy and crunchy edge
This location never has items available that I would like to order. I was just told the "grill" is closed but the location shows its does not close until 10pm. This location seems to be poorly managed, unwilling and unprepared to serve customers.
