Jenny’s Country Cookin is a popular diner in the high desert, known for its huge portions at great prices. The half-inch thick pancakes are as big as a medium pizza, and the hashbrowns and tater tots are delicious. The POPEYE omelet is phenomenal, along with the home fries and biscuits and gravy. The staff is friendly, attentive, and fast, providing great service. Despite being a bit crowded, the overall experience is worth the wait. Parking is ample, but it can be a bit challenging on busy days. The tight space makes it a bit difficult for families with small children, so bringing something small to seat the baby is recommended. Wheelchair accessibility is good with no stairs or steps to navigate.
