AMAZING! I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but she is working right now 09/22/2025 at 6:24PM. Such a great attitude, great smile, she has above and beyond customer service. And to top it off, she made great sandwiches. She is absolutely an asset to this establishment!
I don't know the name of the person who made our sandwiches, but she did a fantastic job, and really did a great job at making a hefty sandwich. Felt like we got our money's worth!

I love jersey mikes never had an issue, until today. Young lady didnt ask us if there was anything else and started asking next guests their orders when we were gonna order two subs not just one. Then they didnt confirm after finishing the first sub, and the first young lady starts to tell us for future reference to let her know we were gonna order 2 subs next time when she didnt even confirm with us, she just moved on as she was making our first sub.
