Their espresso machine was out of service,They had told us that it might take little longer than usual which was ok then afterwards I had noticed that they forgot about one of our drinks. He had started making after I complained about it, 23 minutes was wasted by this location.

Black Iced tea tasted old. It had a sewer smell. I was automatically given a new one(Great service). But unfortunately, I tasted the second one after I left the store. This location isn’t too bad however I have been going to this location since October 2023 and the problem I have is I do a mobile order and ask for extra Carmel around the cup and on top! Everyday I have to ask for the extra Carmel and I get attitude for asking? My coffe comes up to $8 at the end which is because the add ons and I get coffee 2x a day! I go every single day I won’t miss a day of coffee!!! Why do they give so much trouble over Carmel? How can I get the Carmel I want!?

This Starbucks has plug in outlets to charge your devices, but only like two of them. I also grabbed a grilled cheese. Toasty, cheesy, and perfect bread. Small parking lot. Spent about $6.55. The service was quick and friendly. They have music playing in the background as well. Very chill vibes. Music can be loud.
Very bad customer service Sundays early morning we always go here but recently is a barrister in front of drive thru very rude nothing compare to week days I love this place but I think she needs to be in the same page with Starbucks very friendly stuff except for this cuplé Sunday sHopefully she get trained and be able to see her next Sunday with a better customer service skills she’s very hard worker doMay God bless this place and her Kid-friendliness: Very quite and friendly place good for kid and adults like Disney

Took my granddaughter here at 1:50p.m. today. Ordered at the drive thru a frozen drink. Drink came out as iced not blended. Girl had an attitude when I gave it back to her then brought back the same drink with crushed ice. Still wrong but had 5 cars behind me so took it. Asked for a straw and another attitude. The car that ordered before had to send 2 of their drinks back to be redone. Definite lack of training and poor customer service.
