Drinks not made correctly! Messed up my order, when I tried to get any refund I was told I couldn't. Then I had to get a new drink. Unfortunately I could not keep wasting gas going back and forth. So I kept my three messed up drinks. And it was not informed that there was an upcharge for changing the milk! You should get in the habit of asking your customers if they are aware and accept this fee. Our drinks had barely any flavor and we're mostly all ice. For that I could...
