Pulled up today 10/26/23 waited about 7 minutes to be helped, sign still said open and no note on the window, decided to drive away finally only to see the window open for the car that was behind me. This is very disappointing because they serve great coffee and this place has been my go to for the past 10 years.

I pulled up and waited a while, nobody came. I tapped on the window after 1 minute or so, but still nothing. I put my vehicle in Drive, and immediately, they opened the window and asked, "How can I help you?" First to those who serve... We, the customer, expect decent customer service, and that's where your tips come. We will not give tips if you do not care about the service you give. To the owner, teach your staff that the customer isn't interested in waiting on them to look at their phone and be ignored. Please get better since your coffee is better than other local choices.
Cool little drive-thru coffee shop as I'm driving back home to the Bay area. Will be making this a regular stop from here on out!

On 12/20/22 we were waiting behind 2 other cars in the dirt with our blinker on at 8:30am. A car cut us off and pulled in and when I confronted the driver, girl at the widow, told him it was fine and just wait. The guy did the right thing and moved out if the way, but both girls at the coffee shop were incredibly rude and didn't come to the widow in hopes that we left. We will not be coming here again. There are other coffee shops that don't hire rude employees.
