Last 3 times I’ve ordered to go they’ve told me a time my meal would be ready and I had to sit around waiting for over 30 minutes after my order should’ve been ready. I’ve complained and they don’t even care. If you tell me it will be another 20 minutes because you’re busy fine. I’ll get a beer and wait. But I don’t even get that courtesy. It will be 5 more minutes and 30 minutes later I have to go back to the counter to ask again! Very disappointing.
