The drive-thru wait time is terrible. It's even worse if you go inside, wait time inside is 10-15 minutes; that's if you only ordered 2 items. It's obvious that drive-thru orders take priority. Yet, drive thru still takes an excessive amount of time. Employees need to be better trained; breakfast items are, more often than not, unavailable and out of stock or employees are simply too lazy to cook them. We placed a breakfast order through the app. When we arrived 20 minutes later, we were told they did not have any biscuits cooked, if we wanted biscuits it would take about 15 minutes. It's illogical that they would not go ahead and cook the biscuits to have our order ready by the time we arrived to pick it up! PURE LAZINESS! After several times of this unprofessional, lazy service we simply stopped coming here. The few times we do decide to eat Burger King, we have to travel to a location that is further away if we want to have what we actually ordered. This location needs new management and employees!

My food was prepared the way I asked both fast and efficiently. The staff was kind and doing their best with all that I asked. The atmosphere feels safe and welcoming as well as clean and organized.

I love this restaurant, some people will have a bad opinion about this place , but I totally recommend, the food is always fresh and the customer service it's exceptional 👌🏽, come and see it for your self.

Just worked all night on two computer racks full of servers. 6:20 AM on Friday morning and I need a coffee so bad. Coffee is fresh and the customer service is good. what more could you ask for. The morning lady was kind and helped me with the Kiosk order and made the transaction smooth.

We went there yesterday 7/16/25 @ 4pm, had no idea about the new ordering kiosks, the person behind the counter told us to order via the kiosks, that it was their new system, which is OK but why the unfriendly attitude with the customers? Minutes later, more customers came and it seems everyone seems confused about the ordering kiosks, they couldn't use it so they asked the personnel to take their order for them. More customers came in and were told in an unfriendly non customer service manner to use the kiosks, they walked out. Then friends of the staff came in and the employee took their order so which one is it, use the kiosks to order or only take people's order that you know as they come in? We're not going back, there's no consistency, and the staff acts like you're bothering them when you inquire anything.

Are there cheapy hamburgers they just put the ketchup in the very middle just a little small dab of it. Leaving the whole rest of the sandwich with nothing. This has happened over and over again many times throughout the years.

When you go in now you have to place your own order on the kiosk . Which is fine but for older folks (that i witnessed) they walked out . They don't understand new technology so they left. I think it's convenient . The spot is always clean even the bathrooms. I take my kids after school sometimes and I feel safe . Other spots not so much.

I ate a burger here last night and it had made me sick all night. It smelled strange but the thing was 10 bucks. I ate it reluctantly and I regret it. If you eat here, and there’s a weird chemical smell. Throw it away and email corporate.
They forgot to add sauce to order. The cheese sticks were hard as rocks and stale. The burger was terrible, couldn't finish it. Worst burger I've had in long time.
