Been coming here since I used to work a couple blocks up the street. I love the food. It's real quality that comes in large portions. The price is worth it. I live about 30 minutes away but it's worth the drive. I usually get their pastrami burger or carne asada burrito. It's the best. Their fries are really good too. I definitely recommend this place.
AMAZING food, service and restaurant. Killer breakfast burritos. Very clean restaurant and they bring the food to your table with a smile! Wow. Will go back here again and again! Way to go Carla and Penny's team!

I've been going to Penny's since I was a little girl. They have a great variety of food, the best Horchata, and amazing service. There's something for everyone, and the music is great. The artwork outside is also beautiful, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. My favorite little spot in Highland Park!
